Item received in a terrible condition. Detergent had clearly been left in the onboard detergent tank (they say front testing) and had leaked all over the jetwash and box in transit.
Customer service were full of excuses and didn't see why this was an issue as the item was described as refurbished. Clearly its not been refurbished, its been returned, tested and sent out.

Everything was good, well pack and delivered, but only I’m giving 3 because it’s taken 22 days.when I placed in order . Within Europe I would say 1 week is more than enough to make deliveries. This was my fourth order anyway so please try to make swift delivery.

I bought the FTG safety shoes and they are brilliant. Very comfortable from day one. Time will tell how they last but they are well made so hopefully a good while. Delivery was not free but they came direct from Italy and came in good time via FedEx. Highly recommended!

Terrible delivery schedule

Terrible delivery schedule, paid an extra 16 pound and my shoes are still not with me after Nearly two weeks.

Long Delivery and No Support for Return

The shoes themselves are okay, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The delivery took a very long time, much longer than expected.
The biggest issue is with the return process – I’ve been trying to return the shoes, but there’s complete silence from the company. No response, no communication, no support. On top of that, the return has to be sent to Italy, which makes the cost quite high.
Very frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

Mixed experience

Mixed experience, I liked that I was able to call someone. They weren’t too happy to discuss my order, but they did.
Delivery over Christmas took 7 weeks!

I’m truly sorry for the mistake: we did indeed ship the wrong size, and I take full responsibility for it.

To resolve the issue, I personally initiated the return procedure at our expense and arranged for the shoes to be collected so we could replace them or issue a refund as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, you informed us that the original box was thrown away: under these conditions, we are unable to proceed with the collection, because our return policy clearly states that items must be returned complete with all original accessories and in their original packaging.

We’re sorry we couldn’t complete the process, but in this case it wasn’t possible for reasons beyond our control.
