My purchase has not arrived for over 8 months now. My emails are being ignored, the money (over 120 euro) not refunded. I honestly dont know what to do and advice anyone to not shop at this website.

Nearly a month ago I brought a coat…
Nearly a month ago I brought a coat from here that was listed as in excellent condition however when it turned up it had several very visible marks all over the coat. I understand that this is a secondhand vintage store but it states on the website that anything worse than that would be listed in the description which it was not. I messaged to ask about a return and had a message 48hours later giving me two options (one being to return the item) but when I asked for a return I haven’t received a reply (over 10 days ago) and have dm on instagram, emailed and messaged in the chat box on the website. Due to the websites return process only being possible through contact with someone I am very worried that I have just lost £180

unreal selection of clothing!!
I had been eyeing up one of the Burberry tench coats and ending up buying way more than I should have! and v quick delivery, they arrived just in time for Christmas. Happy Christmas to me haha

I personally love wearing vintage clothes. Luckily I found Linear Store on Instagram. The clothes that I ordered corresponds exactly to what is written on the description as well as on the pictures. Every piece of clothing I have ordered is of very good quality and vintage. Since an honest description of the condition of the garment was written for all items of clothing, I have developed my trust in Linear Store and I am extremely looking forward to further orders. Amazing Sustainable Streetwear
