I ordered a watch 15 days ago, since the order confirmation I have heard nothing from them, its for my son's birthday which is now in 2 days, I thought i was ordering in plenty of time. I've searched and searched for ways to contact them. Their contact form on their website is a no-go as you have to have the model number from the back of the watch... the watch I don't yet have, and theres another question which is also compulsory and clearly should have some sort of drop down menu but that just says "no options available" so i'm completely unable to submit a message to them. I eventually found an email address so I emailed them two days ago and have heard nothing back. I can't seem to find a phone number for them? I've found a number for Time Products which I believe is their parent company but every time I try and call I'm told that all their operatives are busy and I should try again later. How am I supposed to get my order?

Sent back a mens watch for repair a few weeks ago and received back a gold ladies one!! Have emailed them many times asking for the correct replacement and heard absolutely nothing, appalling service

Watch arrived quickly and safely and was just as the illustration. The web site description was slightly incorrect as it referred to the black dial of the other version of the pilot watch. Overall very pleased with Limit

Why have I only just discovered limit watches. What fabulous designs and incredible value for money. I got the big white dial blue accent one with numbers. I prefer numbers over batons. It certainly has presence on wrist. It all arrived very quickly and excellent communication about my order’s progress. What’s not to like! ❤️

I wanted to buy a smart watch from a British company. My new watch was delivered in a couple of days and was well packaged. It was easy to download the app, easy to set up and looks good too. Came on time. Exactly like the product shown. I love how it came in a box within a box with a pillow for the watch to stay secured. Especially Perfect for outdoor time keeping!

I love Limit their watches are simple good value for money, I’ve always bought them for those reasons.

A beautiful, British and affordable timepiece with striking and bright colours. This is a nice dual time digital watch, with the option to add in another time for another city or timezone. The only thing is that I wish it was a radio controlled time setting, and if there were a digital version available that was pre-programmed with some regular capital and financial capital cities, so that you can easily modulate between different international time zones, then that would be quite cool!

Found what I wanted through browsing the collections. Ordering was effortless and straightforward with my new watch arriving very soon after ordering.

Great company, fab service. Totally impressed.

Needed a new one after the strap on my previous one broke. New watch is identical apart from the strap which seems a better material than the previous one. Delivery was very prompt even over the Xmas/NY period. Great value for money.
