My experience with Limitless Travel over the phone was first class. Their staff were so helpful, understanding and caring. The three carers who came on holiday with our small group were amazing, kind and so helpful. They worked so hard to attend to our every need and went over and above their job description.
In my opinion though, the place I stayed in was not a hotel but a holiday centre and made my holiday a disappointment. It catered for everyone with varying degrees of disabilities, which was fine. It was laid out more like a youth hostel, rather than a hotel. The place itself is quaint, quirky and lovely. My bedroom was up a steep winding slope. The two single beds were small I felt and uncomfortable with very hard mattresses. The views from the seating area at the top of the slope over the mountains were wonderful. Breakfast was a self service affair. Lots of fruits, cold meats, cheese, cereal etc. The evening meal consisted of three or four courses, but no menu to choose from. First was always help yourself salad, then pasta, then meat of some kind, then a very small dish of chopped fruit or mousse. Evidently I could have had an omelette or chicken, but did not find this out, til a few days into my short holiday and where was a menu? Perhaps it is me, but this hotel, was not like any hotel I have ever stayed in before. I just feel Limitless Travel, should make their ads clearer. This experience has made me wonder about booking through Limitless Travel again. My neighbour has travelled with them three times and found them marvellous and so I followed his lead. He went to Sicily twice and then Tenerife for Xmas/New Year. I did not go to the same place as my neighbour. It was such a shame.

Katie made the booking process so easy. She was very patient answering all my questions (even the silly ones).
I had my care call today with Vicky and she was also lovely.
My cruise is June 2026 and I'll leave a review after that

Made the process of booking a good experience so far for my Dad and myself.

Everything went very smoothly. This was my first cruise holiday with Limitless and all my queries were anticipated and were fully covered

Always having assistance available from knowledgeable staff. Reassurance and help as an when needed. Made to feel like number one.

Helpful and courteous

I feel completely misled over the promise of a loyalty discount for my next booking which has now been refused for reasons not clear to me - I’m feeling conned!!

Numerous destinations and types of holiday home and abroad
Door to door transport for cruise
Water bottles provided every day when out, sometimes a sweet treat too

Negatives
Very expensive - beyond what many people could afford.
Holidays have a tendency to revolve primarily around sitting chatting in a cafe every day. Only one short outing per day at most. cruise was particularly bad for this, as we visited multiple European ports, but I could tell you almost nothing about them because all we did after disembarking was sit in a bar/cafe.

My query was answered very quickly, without having to wait in a long telephone queue. Morium, who dealt with me, was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered any subsequent questions I had quickly. Very pleasant and welcoming manner on the telephone

I was so glad I choose to book our cruise with limitless travel . The whole company has been excellent looking after us , we had never been in a cruise before . I organised a cruise as it was my Dads wish & as he had been diagnosed with a terminal illness & I wanted back up .Unfortunately he was taken ill a week into our holiday after seeing the lovely Ships Doctor , we had to disembark the ship to be transferred to hospital abroad, (we had insurance ) long story short we managed to get back on board . The ladies who work for limitless Michele and Andreia were a massive help they both went above and beyond helping myself and my elderly father . I would definitely book again with Limitless Travel if my Dad is able to. I would totally recommend this Amazing company .Everyone has been at the end of the phone from head office even when we were in the hospital . Thank you all Regards Karen 🤗

My emails were answered promptly and I got a phone call to discuss what I wanted. After answering our phone call we then received email follow up which was helpful.

I'm over the moon to have discovered Limitless Travel.
With the expert help and advice of "Milly" I've just arranged a fabulous UK holiday for my disabled sister (who hasn't been on holiday in over a decade)
No one thought it was possible given her level of disability. But with Milly's help, everything has been arranged for her to have a wonderful holiday - with all her care needs in place. And so, if anyone also thinks that they could never manage to go away due to their disability/ies then honestly you're mistaken.

I Have been to Paris,Morroco and Amsterdam with them. Travelling with them makes all the difference. I had an amazing time. I have had MS now for 39 years. So these lovely people are life savers.
