Didn’t get my product and support is not responding. I know they respond fast when the inquiry is about their products but they ghost you when it’s about an order.

It’s been a week and no movement has been made on my order and the company has not communicated on what’s going on.

This company stands out as an exceptional provider of research use only materials. Their diverse delivery options are highly commendable and cater to various needs. Furthermore, the responsiveness and helpfulness of their customer service team are truly impressive. I have consistently found their support to be both prompt and effective. For those seeking reliable RUO products and excellent client care, I highly recommend their services.

I have not ordered from them but before ordering I had several questions, they responded quickly and professionally. Now to order with them...and I will be back! Do far, FIVE STAR

I received the wrong product. I reached out to the company through their websites email and didn't hear back so then I had to call them directly. The person I spoke to sent me a printable shipping label to send back the item, which I promptly did.

I got an email from someone in the company (Jacob) asking me to send the product back without taking any accountability for sending me the wrong product to begin with.

It was odd to me that I had to respond by asking "when are you going to send me what I paid for?" Since he didn't mention it.

He told me "it would ship out the next day and he would send me tracking info when it did." Welp, 4 days later I never received the tracking info and I had to ask again, "when are you going to send my product?"

What was worse was I received a survey from Limitless asking how they handled the situation. I gave a poor review and explained why and no one reached out to try and make things right or apologize for the inconvenience. Why send out a survey to begin with if you're not going to do anything about it? pathetic customer service.

I finally ended up getting what I bought after all the hassle and terrible customer service.

My order # was 189956 and I still have all my correspondence with "Jacob" to back every word I said.

I ordered three different peptides; one vial that was supposed to be in spray format came empty. I called, but could not get a hold of them; I emailed, but they never responded. I had to disput the amount. This is not a way to contact your business, Additionally, I learned about this company from the "Health Ranger", whom I really liked. Not sure I will be buying anything from him anytime soon either.

Limitless Biotech is by FAR one of the highest quality, most reputable supplier in the peptide space. I’ve used their semaglutide, semax/selank, and GHK-Cu. All of their products were potent, and I notice the effects quickly. For my semax/selank nasal spray, it froze in my fridge(none of my other peptides did, odd). I emailed them at 8:00am and they responded within 30 minutes. By the end of the day, they sent me a reship on my $165 item. Extremely professionally and high quality. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

They sent me a bunch of vials of water and powders with instructions on how to reconstitute it myself. There was nothing on the website which led me to believe I had to mix this stuff at home, I never would have ordered it. Sprayer is cheap and flimsy.

Quality products I can trust with very responsive customer service. They have a big variety of similar products so read and research before you order. Variety and choice is Good! They are making a few upgrades and expansions so bear with them as their website is updated. My first “go to “for hard to find rat research products!

My Retatrutide purchase from Limitless Biotech was bad. It did not dissolve when the reconstitution mixture was added. When I shared this with the company they refused to refund me the $170 I spent by blaming me for not using the reconstitution mixture from limitless biotech. If you do the research, you will see that millions of people reconstitute their peptides from different companies. This was a lousy excuse.

I’ve purchased the BPC-157 peptide from this company twice, and I’m very disappointed. The first order produced a mild effect, but the amount provided was so small that I had to order again almost immediately.

The second time was even worse — the bottle contained noticeably less product, the spray mechanism didn’t work properly, and I felt absolutely no results in my joints or any of the benefits the company claims.

It’s also suspicious that Limitless Biotech doesn’t have a review section on their website or even a place to leave feedback on Google. It feels like they removed these options because they’re getting too many complaints. Very disappointing experience overall.

I ordered nasal spray. The bottle that they sent me to reconstitute the product leaked and every time I sprayed most of it leaked out of the bottle. I contacted customer service to let them know but they did nothing about it. I will never order for them again and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

An edit to my original review- after they saw the trust pilot review they did reach out to me and reshipped the order to replace the original. They didnt have to do that so i can respect that. Of course it wouldve been better to do that to begin with but i digress. Its all in who you end up talking to. I withdraw my original statements and hope it works out this time.

I’ve tried a bunch of suppliers over the years, and Limitless Biotech is by far the best. The quality is consistent, the shipping is fast, and everything arrives so thoughtfully packed. it actually feels like they care.

What really sold me was how transparent and professional everything is. Clear listings, no vague BS, and their team actually responds when you have a question (and they’re kind about it too, which is rare).

Limitless just gets it. I won’t be going anywhere else.

I question this company’s authenticity. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS PURE AND SIMPLE A SCAM. They need to be reported to the authorities.

I ordered some peptides for healing after major surgery a week before my surgery date. They didn't arrive until 2 days AFTER my surgery despite my calls to them to put a rush on it. The website said most orders ship within 2 days of payment, but they told me on the phone that processing times are 5 to 7 business days.

The peptides themselves seemed to be excellent quality, as healing went into overdrive once I started them, but they certainly would have been nice to have starting the procedure date. They are also at market price based on my research into various companies.

Going forward, I know what to expect and will place my orders based on the expectations this has set for me.

Still have yet to receive my product been three weeks since I placed order.

Called and asked costumer service, lady apologized for the inconvenience gave me $50 store credit and would ship next day. Well a week later and still nothing no tracking email or anything but a email confirmation I paid lol.
At least I got some store credits I can use to wait forever on a product that never ships.

Update: They have had issues with their website and logistics which I had ordered an out-of-stock item that was not listed as out of order on the website. So, after waiting three months I gave another phone call, and they gave me a substitute with extra stuff to compensate for the complications. Good stuff, I do not know how these other people are using these products, maybe they do not want you to know what good benefits come from a natural peptide to cognitive thinking and overall health instead of relying on pharmaceutical products.

Recently placed my 4th order with the company. Up to this order, the product and shipping have been amazing. For my current order i was not made aware, or received any emails, notifying me that processing and shipping would be delayed because of a move. When i called about it the representative while courteous, was rather dismissive of my concerns and I was told that it would be at least an additional week till my order was shipped. What normally has been a 4 day process is now 14 days. With a peptide market not limited to Limitless Life, I'd expect better customer service and communication.

First off - I would like to start out by saying the customer service was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the whole process. I was concerned that I wouldn't receive my order in time for my travels so I had reached out to customer service. I had the pleasure of being serviced by a very kind and helpful rep named Haley who had assured me the 2-day delivery option I chose would stand. She also went out of her way to get in contact with their team to make sure my expectations were met and kept me posted via email through the whole process including follow-ups. Fantastic and very thoughtful!! 5 stars for customer service.

Upon receiving my product I couldn't help but notice how much effort they put into packing my product safely to protect against any damage during transit. They took every measure to ensure that it arrived in perfect condition. Packaging was stellar compared to any other peptide or nootropic group I had ordered from.

Lastly, the product - Upon following all instructions they had provided me for use exactly as stated, my first use finalized the 5 star review. Product works great, just as I had suspected. All the benefits of what I ordered were fully delivered and I feel amazing!

Not like what it used to be. Automatic $50 shipping for Int orders with FedEx which means customer will pay customs/duties. Last two orders were sent via FedEx (not USPS) and I paid large customs fees. No longer accepting credit cards, only wire transfer. There are better peptide companies elsewhere.
