Kelly from Limitless was my broker. She had a personable, yet professional approach that made the process very simple for me as a first time buyer. At one stage of my application process Kelly went on holiday, at which point Melvin, who's quite senior at the company, gladly stepped in to assist me - this showed me everything I needed to know about the company and how willing they are to provide great service. I would recommend Limitless in a heart beat!

The previous morgage company I was with would have costed by about 300 pounds, but Limitless get their moeny from the lenders so it's free for the client, which is great (buying a house is expensive enough with all the fees!). Really lovely to speak to Mel and Stacey. They were great in getting us our mortgage deal. I only dropped one star as there were two occasions where they were quite slow to reply, but when we needed them the most they were on top of it and everything worked out!
