Very happy with my long distance purchase!
As a Canadian purchasing from a UK site, there's always the worry that an LP will not arrive in the best condition. Fortunately, now I know where to buy my vinyl from moving forward, as the album arrived in MINT condition. It was wrapped and packed so well that it did not succumb to the damage that it looks like the post office tried their best to accomplish. Just goes to show what care and a good pack job can withstand. Thanks to Rob and the team at LAR! Keep up the good work and I look forward to my future purchases from you!

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear there was a delay in receiving your order.
Just looking at your order, it was shipped (by myself) the day after the order was made.
As you paid for 1st Class we would expect that your order would be with you 24hrs after shipping, however once we release an order the package is in the hands of Royal Mail and we're unable to control how soon your order arrives.
As you did not get the delivery service you ordered we have issued you a refund for the cost of postage.
Again, we're sorry you didn't get the postal service you paid for but hope you enjoy your vinyl and maybe in the future choose to buy vinyl from us again.

I feel that I may have been the most "High Maintenance" customer that Limited Edition Records has ever had... but they never made me feel like it.
Absolutely wonderful customer service, even with the challenges that I caused. They even reshiped it to me, without further charges, when I made a mistake in the address.

Tracking info would be helpful.
I was disappointed that no tracking number was provided. I placed two orders on the same day, I received shipping notifications for each, they were both shipped at the same time, but only one item has arrived. Nearly two weeks have passed with no sign of the second order. While this is ultimately the fault of the postal service, tracking info would have made it easier to hunt down. Instead, I’ll have to write off one of my orders as a loss. Otherwise everything was great! #LTDADD2821 And #LTDADD2833

Thanks for your review. Tracking information is not provided on orders shipped by your chosen shipment method of International Economy, we do offer the option of a tracked delivery but it is a significantly more expensive service and most customer do choose to go for International Economy, which is very very reliable delivering to the States but does take a little longer is not tracked. I am sorry if this was not clear when your order was placed, all shipping info is in our ts & cs.
As for your pending delivery, I am confident it should be with you shortly as it can take up to 6 weeks and while it does seem logical that both parcels should have arrived together, sadly the postal service is not always that consistent.
If you haven't received your parcel 8 weeks after shipment, please do get in contact with us directly and we'll investigate further.

Excellent accommodating customer service!
My order was a little confusing because of how I placed it - I placed two separate orders and they were able to consolidate them to save shipping costs for me. Things got a little wonky, and they totally worked patiently with me and resolved everything. Above and beyond expectations - I'm now a very big fan of this company!

MOV pressing of Toy Matinee - s/t
I ordered the MOV pressing of Toy Matinee - s/t and was very happy to get it. My only slight complaint would be that there was a small split on the spine of the outer sleeve from being jostled around in transit. A more protective mailer might be better for international shipping (I'm in the US), but then I know that no mailer can totally protect an LP from the various postal services of the world - and that a more expensive mailer would mean higher shipping charges. All in all, though, I am very satisfied with the whole process of ordering and receiving the record.
