Boiler decided to stop working just as the coldest snap of the year appeared. Amazing service to diagnose the issue and give me a range of options, then come and sort the chosen option. Much appreciated Limegreen.

Andrew and Mike fitted my new combi boiler and system change and were very efficient. When an issue came up with my gas meter Andrew sorted it out for me. He also sorted out an issue I had with my toilet. A subsequent issue came up with my shower which needed a new cartridge. The cartridge was not easy to source but Jack sorted that out for me and it was installed successfully by Cameron and Josh. All in all great job team! Special thanks to Jack for going the extra mile by sourcing the shower cartridge.

Great information and support from the office, from the survey up to the fitting. Kevin and Cameron arrived on time, talked through what they would be doing, fitted new boiler and radiators and went over instructions for use. Great service all round.

The Engineers that carried out the installation of My New Fire and Radiators were Highly Professional —and thoroughly Cleaned up ALL work carried out ( Ive never had that before ) — LIME GREEN Team are a Credit to the Company. From beginning to end Clear instructions and Going above and beyond to fulfill work ( as had to drill back of Fire to fit at No extra Cost ) and Fitting New Skirting under Radiators All carried out with Care even though it took them Much More Time . I have had a Lot of experience with Work being Carried out on My Houses over the Years and it was such a Stress Free Process with LIME GREEN (strange name ) Any way I can’t wait to have My Whole Bathroom Replaced in the New Year I Will Definitely be Using this Company. I didn’t realise prior that they don’t just Fit Fires which is Amazing for Me . I Highly Recommend LIME GREEN

Great customer service start to finish with Karl & Jack. Even I noticed a slight issue after boiler installation, an electrician was sent over first thing the next day to get everything sorted.

Very good company to deal with purchase of my new boiler was easy. The installation was very quick did not have to wait weeks. And the installation team Cameron and Scott were great very efficient and clean workers. I highly recommen Limegreen boilers fires and fire places, good local company very easy to deal with.

Limegreen were very efficient in the way they dealt with the problem we had with a water leak in our central heating boiler. The engineer arrived on time and was very professional in the way he diagnosed the problem, and arranged for the necessary replacement part to be ordered. We were impressed with the sympathetic manner with which the office staff recognised the urgency of the problem and the part was delivered, and duly was fitted the following day. The work was carried out to a high standard and the boiler is now working efficiently.

The installation team Karl an the young apprentice were very good kept us informed at every stage of the fit out, taking the time to discuss best ways of installing the AC kept us in formed at every stage when completed cleaned as they went along. The engineer's approach was very professional and friendly.
All safety checks were carried out. We were given the necessary instructions on how to operate the fire.
The sitting room was left clean and tidy. All unwanted materials removed.
