Having visited the showroom in Cardiff to look for an electric fire place we ended up booking an appointment to be assessed for Aircon and solar panels. Absolutely no pressure but just a good, honest discussion. Jon and Rhys the sales reps have been extremely friendly and helpful from the start and having just had both Aircon and Solar fitted the process had been simple and straightforward.
Everyone I have dealt with in the company have been very friendly and I have been kept informed every step of the way.
On the day of the Aircon being installed Karl and his workmate turned up on time and walked/talked me through the best positions in each room for the AC units, I’ve never seen a team of workmen work so hard and barely taking a break.
Paul, the AC expert was a delight, super helpful and spent quite a while talking us through how it all works.
Super friendly and efficient, and nothing was too much trouble from the whole team. Even when I realised I had not checked the order correctly and needed to add another unit which meant requiring a larger external unit, Karl and Rhys made this happen even though I lived 1.5 hrs away from their base and only charged me cost price.
Everything was left clean and tidy and now I can have a cool summer.
I would highly recommend Limegreen.

Really great experience with Lime Green. Everyone we spoke to was super nice and made us feel more like friends than customers. During the survey visit, Rhys gave us loads of helpful, honest advice about choosing the right boiler and how to save energy, which was much appreciated.

The quote was fair and competitive, and paying was quick and easy. Our old boiler had broken down, and they managed to fit us in the very next day — on a weekend — with no extra charge, which honestly saved us a lot of stress.

The engineer was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently, and he left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The new boiler is working perfectly so far.

Would definitely recommend Lime Green if you’re looking for a reliable and hassle-free boiler service.

Limegreen installed a new combi boiler and three new rads for me two years ago. At the time I was over the moon with the whole process from price to procedure. It was quite a big job as my previous boiler was not a combi, yet the team stayed late to ensure the installation was as pain free as possible.

I’m heading towards, and have booked my second year boiler service, and have to say that I’m still really pleased with Limegreen and its personnel. Well done all. 👍🏽

Just had a new Boiler fitted by Limegreen engineers Karl and Andrew, I can't speak highly enough about the neat and efficient work they carried out, Jack and Rhys from the sales team were also a credit to the company and were extremely helpful

Can't recommend this company and people enough. Our boiler broke down in Christmas eve and they come literally in an hour to check and give us estimate price witch wasn't high. Also, made sure that we will have heating and hot water ASAP. While other companies said what we will have to wait till atleast 05.01.2026, they done all of it today 30.12.2025 what gives us definitely, nice, warm and lovely home before the New Year.
Guys who worked was friendly, Josh, Mike and Jamie talked every step of the way, came early in the morning. Checked every room atleast few times to make sure heating was back one and new boiler works as it should. Cleaned after themselves after they finished work. I will be forever grateful to this company working through Christmas and New year period just to make sure we could actually have good New Year.
Also, massive Thanks to Rhys who phoned us back and been updating with everything what's is going to be happening and after works been done. Just to check if everything is OK and if we been happy with the service.

Had a new boiler and radiators installed and from the first phone call to enquire all the way through to completion the team were friendly hard working and extremely efficient. Highly recommend them

The quotes were clearly described and booking the work in was hassle free.

I needed my 15 year old boiler replacing last week and I've got to say Limegreen did an absolutely brilliant job. I spoke to Jack in the office a bunch of times, who offered great advice and speedy responses. We got an install date within the week I accepted the quote, and everything went smoothly from there. Its daunting sometimes having people come to install, but Jamie and Jack were lovely, super respectful, let us know what was going to happen, and checked we were happy at the end. Highly recommend.

Quick and efficieht service. Engineers worked well and cleaned up after finishing. Pleased with the service and price.

Rang Lime Green who were recommended to me and spoke with Jack who was so helpful with my many questions, he arranged Rhys to review and give a quote for my cousin who’s aged Boiler was faulty, Rhys gave two price quotes for either Ideal or Worcester Bosch boilers my cousin chose the Worcester Bosch.
The fitter Jamie arrived with his apprentice couple days later initially between 8 to 9 am but arrived 9.20 due to a road accident delay, but I could not fault him he worked right up to 8pm as there was unforeseen complications but he was cheerful, very pleasant and efficient. He even dropped by the following day and took away the box’s of rubbish from my cousins front.
I requested from Jack a paper bill for my cousin’s records and fair enough Jack posted it out to my cousin.
Highly recommended a great team.

Great service from this company; the office guy Jack was very helpful and the installation team did a very neat and tidy job leaving absolutely no mess at all. We now have really high quality air conditioning for two rooms.

New house, 30 year old boiler. Danielle serviced it and got it working safely again. She was informative during the process and persevered despite obvious difficulties due to poor upkeep. Left the area spotless. Will be using Lime Green again.

The price given was very competitive and my partner had used them in the past and knew how reliable they were. Karl and Andrew showed up at 9.30 and just got on with it. I continued my work which is office based and they respected this making minimum noise. Old boiler out, new one in all tidied up and brilliantly the stair carpet was fully covered job done by 2.00.
