I really hope this business realises the huge positive impact they are having on people like me. I know, it sounds silly - how’s a makeup company changed your life? But honestly, they have.

I have always loved beauty and makeup but about 2 years ago, I started with type 2 rosacea. Everything I used PO my skin. I had to get rid of everything I found joy in and I felt like I lost a little bit of myself. My skin routine was gone and any makeup would burn.

I’ve tried Armani to bare minerals to Rimmel kind and free. Wasted thousands. Although, some much worse than (looking at you Armani and Bareminerals - gentle formula my backside) my skin would get triggered, defeating the point of coverage and turning into a vicious cycle. I searched and searched.

I eventually stumbled across Lily Lolo and so grateful I did. Not only are their mineral powders products amazing, every type, my rosacea is significantly calmer by the end of the day after use.

Packaging is cute and delivery is fast too.

Thank you Lily Lolo. I wish there was something more I could do anything to spread the word and let the rosacea community know there is amazing makeup out there for them.

This is nearly a year I have been using Lily Lolo makeup and I wouldnt use anything else, its clean and does the job, I had people in work comment on my skin how fresh and clear it looks and I told them its just because I stopped using all unclean toxic makeups moisturisers and now even shower gels and face washes. Speak for itself if anyone has thought about switching try it,

I have had an exceptionally good experience with this company, having dealt with a lady called Claire. I had some queries about the ingredients in one of their lipsticks and Claire was very quick to come back to me with a very detailed response. This showed me that the company does indeed care about what they are putting into their products and are consciously selecting their ingredients based on clean criteria. It was refreshing to talk with somebody so knowledgeable and so passionate about her products. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Customer service is amazing, always get prompt replies, they take their time to reply to you fully and provide a lot of help if needed. I always feel I can reach out if I have a query. The products are fantastic as well, simple clean ingredients that are nice for sensitive skin and cruelty free

I needed an extra item and they got back to me on time and kindly paused the order so I could add the extra item. Friendly and helpful customer service. I look forwards to receiving my new products.

My first time ordering and had a small problem with the discount code. After very quick "chat" with the Bot I was transferred to a Claire ,a Customer Service agent. My problem was dealt with speed and politeness, such a treat to get a human interaction. Look forward to my order arriving,

- Prompt customer service which gives me peace of mind.
- I especially like the green powder they sell to cover red skin, this is not a common product to find.
- I like the fact they sell samples so I can find my foundation shade.
- I only buy non-toxic makeup now and am glad it exists.
- Downside is I find it very difficult to get powder out through the plastic package through the tiny holes, it's a bad design and takes ages to get a small amount of powder. I won't be buying the concealer or blush away corrector again because it takes too long to get enough product out in the morning.

I have gushed here before about the incredible customer service Claire provides. She is the best! She is kind, compassionate, knows the product line and really listens. Claire answers all my questions thoroughly and is simply exceptional! She makes me want to buy more products without even trying to sell me... so it's a good thing I also love the products! 🥰

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour of eyeshadow and emailed customer services. Claire emailed back the next day and was so helpful sorting out my mistake! Can't recommend the customer service here highly enough and love the fact the makeup is clean and non-toxic! Thank you!

Super fast and very in-depth reply

Customer service team resolved my issue and were very apologetic.
There was a slight delay in replying which I had to chase but it was Christmas so understandable.
