This website says it is located in Montana, but the item I ordered was sent to me from China. It is extremely cheaply made. I've seen better things come free with a Happy Meal from McDonald's. They say they offer free returns within 90 days, but when I attempted to process a return, I was routed to a website for a different company called Sage and Sill. They did not recognize the order number! It looks like these people change their name every time they get found out, which apparently is frequent, judging the fact that their return site can't keep up with their name changes. Next day they offered me a 20% refund if I want to keep it. I told them that per the information on their website, they offer free returns within 90 days, now they are back-pedaling on their policy. I told them to let me know where I can process the free return. But frankly, the item I received isn’t even worth the shipping.

I ordered the Xenomorph Alien Desk Lamp for my husband as a birthday gift. The photos make it look large, you know, like a desk lamp. The actual product is only 7" tall, and doesn't even have a real plug, just a USB connector. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I spent $50 on this piece of crap lamp. It's not even worth $10. When I asked for a refund, they asked for a video to prove the lamp doesn't work. Any reputable company would have a better and easier return policy. After reading other reviews of Lily & Allen, I realized that the chances of me getting my money back is very low and only after I pay for return shipping. They used to say they were based in Wyoming, they now say they're based in Spokane, WA, but it's actually all Chinese garbage.

Do not order from this website. It’s similar to Temu — they show large, high-quality product photos online but send you tiny, toy-sized versions instead. Total scam. They don’t accept return also.

I am giving them a one star review because the merchandise they sent me was defective and not as advertised. The gift also took way longer than expected. I didn’t realize it was coming from China or I wouldn’t have never purchased the item. I asked for a refund, but they wanted me to send the item back to China and I would have to pay for shipping. Please don’t buy from this company. Their merchandise is awful and a return policy is awful as well.

The product description was very misleading - the item I ordered was make of cheap plastic which it did not say anywhere on the website. Returning to China would have cost the same amount as the original price. They offered a 35% goodwill refund to keep it, but I still feel I was scammed. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

My husband and I live near the coast, and we wanted a piece that tied into our ocean-inspired décor. The KrakenBoard couldn’t be more perfect. The octopus design is intricate and adds such character to our dining space. It ties the whole ‘coastal rustic’ vibe of our home together beautifully

Just like many others here, duped by their online Wyoming address, 100% guaranteed satisfaction and return policy. Crappy octopus charcuterie board arrived, nothing like the photographs, horrible wood stain, and much smaller than advertised. My attempts to return it were met with a 30% credit, or ship to China for 100%, which will cost more than what I spent. This is cheap China crap and I wish I had checked here before I bought anything.

I ordered a lamp from Lily and Eden and it arrived broken into three pieces. I contacted them and "Katrina" responded and asked for photographs, which I provided. She then wrote that they would send me a replacement, which they never did. When I wrote several times to inquire about the replacement or a refund I was met with silence. In my opinion, these people are disreputable and one should not do business with such businesses.

I bought a mug, handcrafted grim reaper mug and i’m really satisfied!

I ad an issue with it, received it broken, nothing is perfect but the way katrina managed the problem was perfect!
Received a perfect second mug few days after and i am very happy!

Like all the promoted sellers you see on FB marketplace, this is Chinese junk from a Chinese company. The items you receive will not be as pictured, may be toxic, and your options will be to accept a 20% refund or ship back to China, insured, at your expense, which will cost $60+

I ordered the octopus charcuterie board. It took four weeks to be delivered, then when I opened the box I saw the board was nothing like the product pictured on the website.
The octopus board on the website has detailed suckers on the legs, a nice polished finish and is large enough to hold a wide variety of foods.
The product received was completely lacking in carved detail, the lacquer finish was covered in broken bubbles and does not cover the entire top side of the plate, and the plate is absolutely tiny so doesn't even have space for crackers.
DO NOT BUY!

On their website they use fake, AI generated images to show products that do not exist. Then, after you receive the cheap, Chinese junk they reveal themselves as an overseas scam. They tell you that they will either give you a 20% refund to keep them (which in my case was $19.50 after I paid $73 for two coffee mugs) or you can return the item for a full refund to this address:

But here's the kicker, YOU have to pay the shipping. Which to China, for 2 lbs in my case, was $50. So you're forced to keep the junk and take the 20% refund.

Now, what is the example I'm talking about when I say they show fake images and send you real junk?

On their website they show a beautiful blown glass coffee mug that looks like stacked books 📚 with interlaced wire just as a stained glass window would have. They charge $35 with shipping.

What you get is a cheap dollar store resin mug that looks NOTHING like the photo. It has a tin cup insert that isn't even shown in the photo and it's the size of an espresso cup.

And here's the best part. It's toxic. I put them in my dishwasher and the house filled with a toxic fume from this poisonous resin garbage trinket. The last thing you'd want to do is put your lips on this thing. No wonder they put a tin insert in the actual product. Because they knew the stuff was toxic.

But what really sticks in my craw after spending $73 on two of these pieces of junk and only getting a $19.50 rebate, is that their "customer service" blatantly lied to me.

After I placed the order, I received notification of a shipping date from China. This threw up a red flag for me because I've done business in China and I know what they do. So I asked them prior to the items being shipped, to please verify that the items were "as advertised" because I was seeing a lot of similar offerings on the internet that looked nothing like the images on their website.

They responded to me in the middle of the night, which for those of you who don't know is a tell tale sign they are in China. China is exactly 12 hrs opposite us. The middle of the night here is the middle of their workday.

A person purporting to be "Katrina" responded that they could absolutely be trusted and that all the items on their website are exactly as shown. This actually put me at ease and I allowed the order to continue. I was an idiot to believe them.

I really wish Trust Pilot allowed photo attachments so you could see the difference between this gorgeous stacked book, blown glass artisan coffee mug that I'd gladly pay $35 for and the absolute dollar store resin trinket junk worth $1.50 that arrived.

And I bought these for my elderly mother as a gift which really burns my @ss. She called me and asked why I sent her two plastic mini mug tchotchkees when she already has shelves full of junk no one wants.

So in the end I paid $53 for two pieces of cheap Chinese junk. Lesson learned. Avoid this website like the plague. Don't fall for their beautifully crafted website and wistful Americana verbiage. It's all designed to separate you from your cash. Liars and scammers.

Ordered the item on the 17th August. I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. It ships from China but you pay USA prices.
Wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

The product is deceptively smaller than the visual presents. This is supposed to be a charcuterie board. You might be able to get 5 M&Ms on it. Waited over a month for the delivery. Cheap and disappointing, don't let it fool you.

I ordered a curtain panel that was supposed to be on sale but was charged the full price. They ship from China. It took forever to receive and then it was not as depicted so I requested return instructions. They said they would give me 20% back and I could keep it or I could return at my expense and it would have to be insured. Scam.

Kraken Board ... stay away. Not even close to the advertised picture. Very cheap product. If you want a refund, they give you an address in China to send it to. I picked this sight because the price was higher and I figured it must be a good thing. Boy was I wrong.
Stay away. If you must buy one, find the cheapest price elsewhere. I suspect their entire website represents the same false products and you will get no service.

Terrible! The listing for the product was completely false and described features that just were not the case. The item was poorly made and plastic. When I requested a return, they said I had to pay to ship it back to China, which is ludicrous. Otherwise, they offered 30% off, which is ridiculous considering this is total garbage. Do NOT order from this site.

I did not receive a receiot for my order. I was immediately charged. I called and emailed repeatedly asking for a receipt or order confirmation and received no response. After not receiving any reply or merchandise after 3 weeks I called my credit card company which concluded this was fraud and reversed the charge. The company fulfilled the order after a month but replied bt text to me only after noting the charge was reversed, indicating that it had no way to reach me?? The purported to be wool blend throws i ordered were made of extremely cheap acrylic or nylon- not a single natural fiber and nit anything anyone would want to touch. None of the solar lights I bought from them worked- the company has continued to refuse to offer me any means to return these defective goods for credit. Their products and business model is marking up cheap junk from China- and then not allowing the returns it advertises it offers- buyer beware. This is a bad actor and you will be ripped off.
