I've placed two orders with the firm. Both your products and client service are outstanding. One of the products I had ordered was missing from my delivery. I contacted the shipping business, and they promptly found my package, which was delivered in three days.

Lost Time and Money
I ordered the “stained glass” cardinal lamp. I should have checked Amazon first. Lily and Eden’s price was much higher and did not accurately describe the item. It was not stained glass and came with a usb plug instead of a regular plug for an electrical outlet. For a full refund, I needed to send the lamp to China-no US location for shipping. The cost to ship it would have been four times the cost of the item. I gave them one star only because the customer service rep did respond to my e-mails. In our discussion, I explained the inaccuracy of the description, the expense to return the item, and overall dissatisfaction. The best they would offer is a 30% refund. I planned to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The Wyoming address does not show up in their database-must not exist! Save yourself frustration, time, and money-don’t order from them!!

I purchased 3 highland cow charcuterie boards and they are thin plywood painted red, nothing like the photos on the website. Plus you have to return them to China not Wyoming where it says they are based.

Waited a long time for delivery of the Highland cow charcuterie board. I was so disappointed, wish I had read reviews earlier. Arrived half the size I thought it would be, smells horrible, wouldn’t want to put food on it and broken. 😠
Lamp was damaged when delivered
Lamp was damaged when delivered, I emailed wanting to see what the response would be, and was overjoyed, to receive a reply the next day, with requests for photo’s of the damage. Sent them and the next day, was told a replacement was on the way. OUTSTANDING. The replacement arrived in perfect condition.
Cheap quality and scammed products
I strongly advise staying away from this site. While the website looks professional and the products look appealing, the reality is a total scam.
Deceptive Shipping: I ordered a head massager that took 40 days to arrive because it ships from China, which is not made clear upfront.
Poor Quality: The product is incredibly cheap and does not match the "quality" advertised on their site.
Impossible Returns: Customer service is rude and unhelpful. They require you to pay for return shipping back to China, which costs more than the product itself.
Strategic Delays: They seem to intentionally delay email responses until you are past the return window or the timeframe to dispute the charge with your credit card.
Please do your research and do not fall for their marketing. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

My mother placed an order in December and was alerted the same month about a failure in delivery. We reached out to the store and unfortunately the parcel failed delivery because she had provided the wrong address during checkout. Not only did the customer service agent apologize for a mistake that was absolutely not their fault but also offered to send a replacement with no additional charge.
We truly appreciate the amazing service. You take such good care of your customers and we will be ordering all our future gifts from you!

SCAM. I ordered lovely items before reading reviews. Their contact info does not include phone number, but I found one at the bottom of my order. The website says they are in Wyoming, yet the phone is in San Francisco and when you call, the answering machine states a different company name. Again, no people; they seem to deal in email. I have disputed the charge.
Spreading Joy in Michigan During Tough Times
I absolutely fell in love with the Frosty Elk figurine in early December and, because it so cheered me when it arrived following a traumatic experience with scamming which caused a $20,000 loss and a venture into serious Post-traumatic Growth support with a therapist for four months, I decided to purchase 20 more and share them with a circle of close women friends and colleagues also experiencing tough times in their lives.
We renamed it Joy-US Reindeer and each recipient has her placed in a prominent place in their home or office. She is sharing joy every day!
Katrina has been a very thoughtful and efficient customer service person who is so proud of the Lily and Eden company.

Late October I ordered a Christmas gift…
Late October I ordered a Christmas gift for my brother the Xenomorph Lamp but when we opened the box for Christmas the item was damaged (most likely during transit). I contacted the store and I had unfortunately passed the 30 day return period. However, Katrina informed me that they would make an exception and instantly shipped a replacement for me. Lo and behold the replacement came today. I just wanted to thank you for all your help with resolving my issue. I received the new lamp and it is in perfect condition! I will definitely be buying from your store again. Not only is the merchandise top-notch, so is the customer service! Best!

Resist and avoid regret
The AI summary of reviews says it. My order originated and was stalled in China for two weeks. What I finally received was too late for me to gift the intended recipients. I wouldn’t have gifted the stuff I received anyway. The cat lamps were tiny and the plug was a usb, not a standard plug. I wouldn’t give this stuff away. Was going to try and return it but, from everything I’ve read, that would be an exercise in frustration and futility. Wish I had read the reviews before wasting over $100. Stay away!
They truly care about customer service
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share this. My original order arrived broken, so I contacted Lily & Eden. Katrina from their support team replied super quickly and was honestly amazing. She apologized, took care of everything, and arranged a replacement without any hassle. I just received the new one today. Really impressed with how they handled the situation. It’s rare to find customer service that genuinely cares, but they definitely do. I’ll be ordering again for sure.
Total scam
I ordered a beautiful animal head shaped wall hook from them for almost $30, on the website it says it’s made from heavy duty resin. I finally got it today and it’s a cheap piece of plastic and came in a box clearly from China. It’s a total scam site. Don’t order anything from them.

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. I ordered a cardinal lamp which looked great on the website, but it arrived very late, and in terrible condition. I was asked to ship the defective item to China, pay the postage, and then would receive a refund. Not worth the trouble - I think that is what they are counting on. I will donate this ugly bird to Goodwill and try to put it all behind me.
