They are a fake company. Do not use them.

I ordered a Dress from this company
When it arrived it didn’t look anything like the pictures also the material was cheap and nasty they asked me to send pictures which I did, still waiting for a reply how to return, I have emailed them four times still no reply, I certainly wouldn’t advise my friends or anyone else to buy from this company

This is a total scam. Ordered on 19 March had an email to say that my order had been dispatched and still not received it!!!!

Ordered a dress on 17th February 2026 , still waiting for it to arrive , emailed them on numerous occasions! No reply!!!!!!

Shocking , shocking , firstly ordered two dresses one in error contacted them immediately they cancelled one purchase acknowledgement of this through email , no refund had to contact bank for a call back of payment , lillian London then accused me of contacting my bank for delivery I had received , delivery of dress arrived after 4 weeks , absolutely shocking quality currently waiting for a reply on returns process after they requested photos
Do not order from this company , 8 emails saying they are refunding cancelled item blaming my banks clearing process

I ordered a dress which whan it arrived looked nothing like the photos or video's on facebook. The fabric was shocking - stiff, all creased and crumpled up. I tried to return it but they kept asking for why, then asked for a photo, then said they would give me 15% refund if i kept it. Finally they agreed the full refund but gave me an address in China. I decided to cut my losses. I wish i had checked out the reviews first.

Awful. Bought 2 blouses from a Lillian London instagram advert, took a month to arrive from an asian warehouse, tatty packaging, nothing like photos in advert or on shop site. Made of 90% cheap polyester 10% lycra in China and the design is a over enlarged photo printed on shiny fabric so very cheap and blurry. Do not use! Ten pounds return admin fee and you have to post them back to Asia yourself.

Returning goods is almost impossible - and involves sending package to China, and insufficient details to do this.

Ordered dress before reading reviews. Read reviews and decided to cancel. Spoke to customer services who confirmed dress not yet despatched. Cancelled order, asked for refund. Dress arrived four days later. Spoke again to customer services who confirmed I would need to return. I asked for address to return, they asked for photos, I asked why, as I hadn’t even tried on, they wanted pictures of faults. I never told them there were faults, just terrible quality, they wanted pictures anyway. Sent pictures of dress, still no return details to act on.
Will follow up on a second review as/when I get any further. Unbelievable poor service. I am suspecting the return address will be in China!

Ordered dress next day delivery. Received a postage notification which was awaiting package. 3 weeks later still awaiting package. Contacted them they said it’s being prepared. Claimed the money back through my bank - do not use it’s a scam.

Do not buy from this company … not in London… items being shipped from China. Poor quality clothing, long shipping delays, and misleading product photos. The items look cheap, and difficulty getting any response to return… and believe they charge £10ish per item to return… and possibly no payment return!
Wished I’d read reviews before buying.
