So my Samsung Z-Fold 5 had a centre screen problem and not working at all, booked my repair through this company, no problem filled out the form and was given a date. I was kept updated every step of the way, nice young lady arrived on Tue 26th May took phone to Van came back 2 1/2 hrs later explained the new screen was not working and was probably faulty. Re booked for Fri 29th not a problem again she arrived on time 2 hrs later phone returned she thinks there is another problem with the main board and phone would need to sent away for the repair! This screen repair cost £529 she could not give me a price for any further repair cost OR a diagnostics report of actual problem but was told that i would get a full refund for the failed two attempts at repairing my phone. My refund was quickly done BUT they deducted a call out charge of £59 not happy at all with this service this deduction was not made clear to me at the time just my knackered phone returned and this company unable to repair it on TWO attempts. Avoid would be my advice good luck to those that had a successful repair. I am now a further £59 out of pocket and and now not knowing what a repair will cost and no follow up email as to why they failed with this repair and what other options for repair i may have. USELESS WASTE OF MONEY !
