Withholding $1000 of deposited funds – no explanation

UPDATE:

Likes.bet has responded publicly with a generic template, identical to replies given to other users reporting the same issue. Their response does not address my case.

For clarity:

~$1000 of my deposited funds are still being withheld
No explanation, allegation, or evidence has ever been provided
Full verification (ID + selfie) was completed
I was told the review could take 3–6 months
Since then, only repeated “under review” responses were given
Support has now stopped responding entirely

If there is a “valid reason” as claimed, it should be stated clearly and supported with evidence.

Otherwise, the only resolution is to process the withdrawal of my deposited funds.

Likes.bet (operated by Zephyr Holding SRL, Costa Rica) is withholding approximately $1000 of my own deposited funds.

My account was suddenly restricted under a vague “fraud” clause, yet:

No specific accusation was ever provided
No evidence was presented
Full verification (ID + selfie) was completed

Support initially claimed the case would take 3–6 months, then repeatedly sent generic “under review” responses with zero progress, and has now stopped responding entirely.

This is not a legitimate review process. This is a deliberate delay while holding customer funds without justification.

At this point:

My deposited funds are still being withheld
No explanation has been given
Support has gone silent

Avoid this site. They will hold your money and refuse to explain why.

They won't let you close your account which is illigal.

Wat je ook doet, ze sluiten je account niet. Live chat zeggen ze “even support mailen” en vervolgens krijg je nooit meer een reactie. Naast dat ze niet of nauwelijks reageren op mails kan je hier ook niks winnen; heb nog nooit iets gewonnen boven de 100x ga maar na.. dus je weet wat je moet doen, genoeg andere optie ‘s, gebruik die!

Account geblokkeerd na aanvraag uitbetaling van €5000

Account geblokkeerd na uitbetalingsverzoek van €5.000 geen enkel bewijs geleverd
Mijn ervaring met Likesbet is extreem teleurstellend.

Nadat ik normaal had gespeeld en een uitbetaling van €5.000 had aangevraagd, werd mijn account plotseling geschorst. Ik ontving een standaard e-mail waarin ik werd beschuldigd van collusion, fraude, VPN-gebruik en oneerlijke praktijken, zonder enige concrete uitleg of bewijs.

Feiten:
Ik heb alleen gespeeld op mijn persoonlijke Android-telefoon
Ik had slechts één account
Ik heb geen VPN of proxy gebruikt
Ik heb niet samengewerkt met andere spelers
Desondanks heeft Likesbet mijn account direct geblokkeerd en aangegeven dat de beslissing “definitief en niet-aanvechtbaar” is.

Er zijn geen specifieke handen, data, logbestanden of bewijzen gedeeld alleen een algemene verwijzing naar hun algemene voorwaarden.
Deze actie vond pas plaats nadat ik een grote uitbetaling had aangevraagd, wat ernstige vragen oproept over hoe Likesbet omgaat met winnende spelers.

De klantenservice heeft tot nu toe geen enkele duidelijke toelichting gegeven.
Op basis van mijn ervaring wil ik anderen dringend waarschuwen:
zodra je een aanzienlijk bedrag wint, loop je het risico dat je account en geld worden geblokkeerd.

Transparantie en eerlijke behandeling ontbreken volledig.

After playing normally and requesting a withdrawal of €5,000, my account was suddenly suspended. I received a generic email accusing me of collusion, fraud, VPN use and unfair practices, without any concrete explanation or evidence.

Facts:
I played only on my personal Android mobile phone
I used one account
I did not use a VPN or proxy
I did not collaborate with any other players
Despite this, Likesbet immediately blocked my account and stated that the decision was “final and non-appealable”. No specific gameplay, dates, logs or proof were provided only a copy-paste reference to their Terms of Use.

This action happened only after I requested a large withdrawal, which raises serious concerns about how Likesbet treats winning players. Support has so far failed to give any meaningful clarification.
Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others:
as soon as you win a significant amount, your account and funds may be at risk.

Transparency and fair treatment are completely lacking.

finally there is €10,500 in my playing account.

Storten kan wel uitbetalen niet

Storten kan wel uitbetalen niet. Als ik daar over begin in de chat word er niet verder uitgevraagd maar wel gezegd dat er aan gewerkt wordt en op de vraag hoelang dat gaat duren is het antwoord dat het topprioriteit is.
