Poor quality and wrong size

I ordered a tattoo and wanted one that is 13 cm long. I received it and it’s only 7 cm. The quality isn’t good, it came off the next day and is sticky to the touch

Hi, we’re very sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied. The issue seems to be caused by a couple of things.

The image you uploaded had a large transparent background, and our system calculates the size based on the entire image area. We currently have a very high order volume, and although we try to manually adjust images that appear incorrect, unfortunately we don’t always catch every case.

Regarding durability, most customers actually tell us the opposite — that our tattoos last longer than other temporary tattoos and also look better. So it sounds like something must have gone wrong here.

Please feel free to contact us by email, and we’ll gladly send you new tattoos in the correct size along with some application tips to help achieve maximum durability.

Amazing tattoos!

The tattoos were amazing and so long-lasting!! My daughter wore the tattoo for two weeks and it didn’t go anywhere. That is just crazy, don’t you think?

Absolutely loved my experience

Absolutely loved my experience! The temporary tattoos stayed on really well and looked amazing the whole time. The quality was way better that I expected. Super detailed designs and they didn’t smudge or fade too quickly.
Easy to applt, skin friendly and got so many comliments!
Perfect for events, photoshoots or just trying out a new look.
Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!🙌🏽

Onlangs bestelde ik gepersonaliseerde tatoeages bij jullie. Ik wil jullie nog even bedanken voor de goede service en de goede kwaliteit!

Iedereen op het vrijgezellenfeest was zeer tevreden met het resultaat. Zelf heb ik een gevoelige huid, maar ondervond ik geen last van de tattoo’s.

I ordered fake tattoos as a prank, the package was covered in big text that it contained fake tattoos which destroyed the whole surprise.
