Wij gebruiken Lightspeed als kassa nu bijna een jaar en zijn heel erg tevreden. Lightspeed is erg gebruiksvriendelijk en de supportteam staat steeds klaar om je bij te staan! Sinds kort hebben we nu ook de webshop via Lightspeed en ook hier geldt hetzelfde. Heel erg tevreden!

Control and efficiency

Lightspeed has truly helped me in creating a controllable environment in our restaurants. The setup was easy and done professionally. Our sector is prone to a lot of changes, lightspeed has made it easy for me to make the right adjustments without any hassle. In the rare occasion that there were some issues we couldn't figure out, their customer service responded quickly and came to our aid.

Cons: However, this makes it impossible to make any adjustments yourself unless you pay the premium price.
Not useful at all for businesses looking to develop in the long term or if you want to create a personalised webshop.
The worst thing is their customer service. Since it isn't possible to cancel your contract manually, you need to call them or send them an email.
I sent them an email, got a reply on the first one without any confirmation of cancellation and since (its been a month) i've sent them three emails and have never gotten a reply. I think it's utterly ridiculous that they make it impossible for you to cancel your contract.

I would not recommend Lightspeed under any circumstances. You can't even call their customer service if you don't pay the premium membership fee (which company bans you from calling them?)

Ik werd gebeld door SEO-shop of ik nog vragen had ivm de backoffice.
De dag erna kreeg ik een geplande telefoon van hun waar ze mij alles tot in de puntjes hebben uitgelegd en elke vraag wat ik had hebben beantwoord. De persoon wat ik aan de lijn had was zeer vriendelijk en kon al mijn vragen goed beantwoorden (was dus ook goed voorbereid).

Bij deze wil ik SEO-shop dus zeker aanbevelen voor iedereen die een webshop zou willen beginnen en niet goed weet hoe!
