I have sent in a photo and requested a refund. I have heard nothing back. The earlier globe I purchased 2 months ago is not holding up well to the sun.

i ordered a glass piece for a client of mine and got the order within a week and the correct one as well.

I Went to there location, front conunter guy told me if a i do an online order they will pull my order right away. Walked me thru it, pulled my order and had a very smooth transaction. Products were high quality. A+++

Great store with hard to find stuff. Found a replacement dome cover for 24 outdoor light fixtures. They look great, arrived quickly, and really were a great cheap makeover. Price was good especially needing two dozen. Got the count wrong and had to order some more - shipping was free and the second batch arrived quickly enough that we left ladders and tools in place by the lights

Ordering was easy and the product came fairly quick. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that you have to have a minimum order.

Never received. PayPal refunded instantly. I got the impression PayPal was already familiar with this company’s shenanigans.

Tracking says "shipped". Has NOT shipped. Used "sent information to shipper" as shipped lie. After more than a month disputed payment on credit card.

Returning an item is impossible. I bought the incorrect sized chandelier and wanted to exchange it w a larger size. They just give you the run around and now I am stuck with my purchase.

(1) The shipping costs are very high.
(2) My light fixture came broken. (It was an overhead light fixture with a glass half-dome; it was COMICAL how poorly it was packed.
(3) It's basically impossible / not worth it to return. You have to report the damage within 24 hours (I missed the window), and even then the re-stocking fee / run around is not worth the hassle.

Don't waste your money; just go to a box store instead.

You get what you order was my experience, however the RETURN PROCESS IS IMPOSSIBLE. If you do not need something or if you accidentaly make a mistake or for any reason need to RETURN anything do not buy from here. My total purchase was a couple hundred dollars and once i attempted to return it because they did not suit my needs afterall, the return price (which they say you are responsible for) was the same price as the purchase price of items. Items $200? So is shipping of those items. Company only pays $20 to ship to you, but if you go to return it you get charged 10x more. They do not offer prepaid labels for a reason, because they can force you to keep items due to the costs of returning item not being worth it. They are criminal in these actions and will do whatever it takes to keep your money. Do not buy from this criminal company, absolute trash.

Canceled my order after they sold the bulbs to me in the wrong quantity. Completely unprofessional. When a customer purchases an item from you, you honor that.

I purchased said quantity based on the order minimum on their website. The wrong order quantity was a problem on their end and they made it my problem.

Now I have to go shopping for light bulbs again because there's no way I'm ordering from them after they refused to sell me the original quantity.

It doesn't show delivery time when ordering. After you enquiry it says 3-5 business days, in my case just to have the info when it will deliverd from factory it will take hopefully 20 business days. They are good on costumer response.

Excellent Customer service when one of them was DOA.

I ordered and received an Emerson fan/light from Light Bulbs Surplus. Within a few months, I noticed a burning smell and hired an electrician to investigate. The bulbs (Chinese) sent with the fan had moisture inside and that's what caused the burning, which could have been more serious. I wrote to this company two months ago to report this and have not even received the courtesy of a reply to my letter. Beware - they don't stand behind their products and are rude and unprofessional as well.

Got it fast and customer service was excellent.

i ordered an item that was supposedly in stock. after a few days i contacted them and inquired as to why it didnt ship. i was told that it was going to be shipped from the manufacturer and it never was.

i then asked for a refund. as expected, i was not refunded in the timeframe THEY specified, so now i have a paypal claim against them.

i will order from a reputable company in the future.

I ordered yesterday and got it today. I couldn't be happier
