I mistakingly ordered the wrong size filters. I re-ordered the right size and both were shipped promptly. I requested a return on the wrong size filters and received the return label. Once shipped back I received confirmation of delivery. Subsequently I have heard nothing despite multiple phone calls and emails. No courtesy return call or any communication for that matter. I have requested a refund from my credit card company.

I did get outreach from the company after I posted this note. They proceeded to refund my return and apologize for the delay.

I ordered 9 filters from this company. 6 of them are the wrong item or completely missing. They said they will replace 2 filters that are wrong, but it's been days and I have not received notice of shipping them. They were also supposed to refund me for 3 filters that were completely missing, but they did not refund the full amount. Also, they want me to pay to ship back another filter that their website clearly states is compatible with an Alen BreatheSmart FLEX. It even says this on the Order Summary. But, it is NOT compatible. It is too big to fit inside the air purifier. I should not have to pay to ship back an item when their website contains completely false information. That is false advertising. They should have to pay to ship it back. It's bad enough that I would have to box it up and take it to a post office, which is a huge pain, literally, considering I have a broken ankle.

I have ordered from this company in the past and did not have a problem. Something has changed at this company, for the worst. Customer service is horrible.

However, since I quit Amazon, I decided to buy directly, but what $$ was it?
I entered the filter I was looking for into a search window. It came up, and I ordered 4 of them.
I checked my order, and everything looked good.
A day later, I received a shipping notification. I saw that the filter number looked different, but I figured it was just a glitch, plus the order was on its way.
A completely wrong filter arrived. It did not fit my air purifier,, and now I have four wrong filters.
I went on the website. 8 clicked the 30-day return policy button,, and nothing happened. There was no way to process the return. The phone number was a fax. The chat button was dead. I found a number on Google and called. The voicemail is urging me to email for urgent matters. I emailed and called for several days. No reply. They sent me an email only after I disputed the charges with my cc. No apology, but the blame for ordering the wrong product and the direction to ship it back: " Put a piece of paper inside with your name and order date."
What sort of rickety business is it? Is there one angry grandpa running it from the New Jersey warehouse? I have no filters and out-of-shipping fees.
I am switching to an entirely different air purifier so I don't have to deal with this nonsense of aftermarket filters again.

Great products delivered quickly. I have bought filters and a couple extension cords and have not had any problems with either.

They are selling products that they don't know anything about! I have inquired about a couple of filter and they have NO information about them???? I have also read many reviews and the filters they have are coming in as "poor quality". I will NOT be purchasing from this company since they are very questionable at best.
