No delivery, 1 day later get an email to say misdelivery nowhere near where I live... initiated refund from bank and the cheeky so and sos have emailed today asking me to cancel with bank and they can refund quicker!!!!!
Absolutely sick to my stomach of these groups of people that have no concerns for ordinary people that they scam... 1 day KARMA will get them i hope...
Avoid at all costs and it's crazy there was no negatives on this company before I ordered, clearly an xmas scam

As per most people ordered an oven no confirmation then I was asked to book a delivery slot which I did, I had started to get a feeling all was not right! So not delivered. The the email can saying delivered to wrong address? We deliver with a free gift etc etc check the telephone number comes as a scam!!! First and last time that will happen the site looks very professional and more will be scammed needs to be looked into. Hoping to get some money back from my bank otherwise no oven for me! Absolutelu avoid this horrible company,i ordered a washing machine months ago and it wqs never delivered as the order simply "didnt exist" after the funds have been taken off my card.
This is absokutely disgraceful - the phone number and email is fake and dont even have hopes for the refund option as they just dont answer.
I hope my bank will return me this money but please do not make the same mistake and buy from here

I ordered a PS5 with them, they said it went to the “wrong address”, and it would be delivered Thursday (today). No email, no call nothing and it wasn’t delivered. They’re a fraud company. Reported to trading standards and my bank, will ask my bank for a refund.

DO NOT buy from Lifestyle Home Appliances, Norwich - it's a scam
Ordered a TV on the 27th December as it seemed like a good price and just thought it was viable re post Christmas sale. Was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd, said had been misdelivered to Rochester, which thought was odd, said it would take another week, so tried to contact them today to check it was coming tomorrow and the website is no longer there. In the process of reporting to Action Fraud. There is a company with the same name who said they had their identity hijacked and they have also reported it to Action Fraud with reference NFRC241207068869. However, they have a Facebook page and when I tried to follow the link to it from the Facebook page, it didn't produce a result, so now I'm not sure they are genuine trying to put us off the scent!

SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! Please don't buy from this company! I bought a TV from them on 26th December, and had email confirmation and the money taken from my account. Delivery was expected on 2nd January 2025. I was contacted on 2nd January to be told there had been a 'misdelivery' and as compensation they would gift me a 'crockpot' worth £50 and deliver it on 9th January by 5pm. That was the last time i heard from them, as the website then went down. The number that had called me (from Norwich) no longer worked and the email bounced back as not recognised. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank (HSBC) who are carrying out an investigation. In the meantime, i am reporting this SCAM to Action Fraud, the Police and Trading Standards. WARNING they took the website down but have now published it again! The SCAM website was taken down and then it pops up again. The latest one is registered as Lifestyle Appliances Yorkshire Ltd now. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!
UPDATE (13th Jan 2025): Although the company has appeared to respond to my review, it has not provided any contact details. When i go to the website the 'Live chat' doesn't respond, the telephone is a dead line and the email bounces back. There is literally no way of contacting them, as they sit back and continue to scam innocent hard-working people. I cannot believe this website is still live and still scamming people. I have reported this to Action Fraud and provided all the evidence i have that this is a SCAM. My bank is also carrying out an investigation while i try to get the £1662 they SCAMMED out of me :(

This is a scam, no show of ordered fridge freezer
Ordered fridge freezer, delivery did not happen, i got a missdelivery notice and an offer of a free crock pot! Next delivery date came and went, another message advising of missdelivery to another address ( both in England and i am in Scotland) additional offer of -£50 and a crock pot. No reply when contacted. I looked up the gov website and this company is mothballed. I believe the "sellers" have stolen the companies identity. Anyway the police are now informed and they are interested in whats going on.

Ordered a TV with discount with delivery option of 7 days. No tracking available which immediately made me suspicious and then no delivery on the day they said. Then I find all these scathing reviews.. Have already raised a claim through the bank and today I receive an e-mail from lifestyle home appliances saying it as misdelivered in Wetherby, hundreds of miles away. And no working contact details.. so same story as most..And now reply with a very poor email also to my email and you are UNCONTACTABLE. Give me proof that you sent anything to begin with like tracking number. I don’t believe you.

Filed a claim with bank and then get another email to try and get you to cancel the claim and they will refund faster. Unlikely. Scam company.

My order number 73568 ordered on Tuesday 31st December 2024 is showing delivered, but the order has never been delived. I have reported the company to American Express as the payment was made through AMEX. I believe after reading the past Reviews, the company seems to be scaming their coustomer's. This is basically a FRAUD. AFTER NUMEROUS MASSAGES, DID NOT RECEIVE ONE REPLY. ALSO THE TELEPHONE IS ALWAY OUT OF ORDRER.
