The shirts were a strange size so I returned them and was told they'd offer a refund.
I sent them back in May and they've returned them to me unopened!

All good until I needed to return because item didn't fit. Have asked repeatedly for a returns label.
Been offered £2 £4 £6. Returns label still not received and now not answering emails.
Avoid this company

I placed an order in April (now in July) the parcel has not arrived. The tracking shows delivered. Have spoken to the delivery company and they have accepted the lost parcel as their responsibility. I have sent several emails to lifestyle joy with no reply or anything. I’m out of pocket with money and still no product. I will never recommend this company or ever order from them again. They take your money but won’t rectify the problem. SCAMMERS

Works surprisingly well and noticeably better than other options; softer grip would improve comfort.

Did its job pretty well and met my expectations; decent quality overall, comfortable to use, reasonable value for money.

AVOID this company. Wish I'd read reviews first. I bought the dual-headed razor, piece of flimsy plastic that not is fit for purpose. Plus it is not nick-free as it cut my finger. DO NOT BUY!! When I asked for a refund they offered me €4 refund. Do not waste your money with them.

Doesn't deserve 1 star! Please avoid this company. Had I read the reviews I would not have bought from them. I was taken in by the English video which I now realise they have just used a video of the genuine item. I didn't receive my order and they insist I did. They sent a Royal Mail tracking number which wasn't for my address which only proved that whatever that tracking number was for it had been delivered somewhere but not to me. I escalated to PayPal but unfortunately they have sided with the company. Despite looking like an English company its Chinese and they seem to get away with false advertising. A UK company would not get away with this. Its about time we had protection from these companies. If they advertise on UK websites they should have to abide UK laws.

Absolutely awful. Ordered pen blades which were cheap rubbish and didnt cut through thin paper. Paid to return them - but was given a fake address. Completely scammers. Avoid this rip off company.

Agree with all the below reviews. Was excited to recieve cutter. Was cheap and broke.
Had to chase for tracking.
Asked for refund hut only accepted unopened items.
Always check reviews before ordering through Facebook. £10 wasted

Awful to deal with, awful products, Chinese company although UK is suggested. Received suspicious fraudulent Chinese PayPal email after purchasing but I didn't purchase with PayPal. Awful customer service. Emailed within 2 mins of the order to cancel before it shipped, they emailed back days later saying I emailed too late and there was nothing they could do. I said I hadn't received any tracking to say it was dispatched and almost instantly after I sent that I received a tracking update. Took weeks to arrive and the product is rubbish. Emailed to return and again, terrible response and offered £2 compensation even though their website says they accept returns within 14 days and offer refunds. RAGING with myself that I didn't Google the company. I actually will never follow a Facebook link like this again. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL and probably illegal. Loads of stupid adds on their Facebook account and there users are mostly US, Philippines and China based, not the UK.

They used video footage of the Gyro-Cut man from a craft/trade show and what was received is an awful copy that wouldn't cut through butter let alone anything else. False advertising, rubbish product, shipping takes weeks.

Craft knife is awful quality and quite blunt. Two extra blades which were advertised did not arrive. Definitely not a British company, as postal address was in China. Took ages to arrive and 'updates' (which claimed to be from America!) were highly inaccurate. Would not recommend, nor deal with again.

As many others have stated, I too was overcharged!! They did credit it back after making a complaint.
The cutter has arrived today, and is not fit for purpose!! Doesn't cut through anything!!

This is a fraudulent company!
I too bought 2 cutters and only 1 was delivered. They charged my credit card more than I had authorised.
When contacted they said the order was correct, after more emails and screenshots of the confirmation, they offered £1 compensation, then £2. They then said the overcharge was an error and say they have returned the additional money. BEWARE!

They need to make clear that they are not shipping items from the UK. I got charged more on my card than I thought due to taxes and now I have to pay extra postage as there wasn't enough on the parcel. All in all I have paid £5 more than I thought and it hasn't even arrived yet. Looking at the other reviews the item is going to be rubbish, so I at least know in advance to have low expectations.

I wouldn't give them any stars if that was possible. I ordered 2 cutters online. I authorised the payment . However, when the confirmation came through they had taken additional money that I had not authorised! I immediately cancelled the order and requested a full refund. Yesterday they apologised and said it was an error. Asked if that was okay. I said no I wanted the order cancelled and a full refund. Today I got a message to say the order has been sent! Disgraceful! I have reported them to my bank and the police. Not recommended

I ordered a cutting tool on 6th December after watching a video of a British man demonstrating it. I thought it would arrive quickly from a UK location but instead I was sent updates informing me of its route across the USA and through customs. When I eventually received it, some 4 weeks later, it had been sent from China. The quality is very disappointing - difficult to use and does not cut through card - handle wobbly - no instructions but there are two spare blades. Just in case the first one is worn out which is unlikely. Do not buy this product.

Unfortunately, the cutter will not cut fabric nor card. It will cut paper with a degree of pressure. The holder part is very cheaply-made, not circular but flat, and is uncomfortable to hold for any length of time. The video which accompanied the advert was of a northern young British guy talking about the cutter, which his father had invented. The impression, therefore, was that it was a trustworthy British company and a quality product. It seems that a Chinese company is using the video to promote a cheaper and less reliable product.

Ordered two bralettes quality was appalling,
would not have given any support of any kind.

Emailed for refund was offered £2 compensation and advised to hand the items on to a friend .😭
