The bikes functions perfectly but the…
The bikes functions perfectly but the set-up process was less than desirable. The handlebar mounting system that is retained by the four screws took 45 minutes, some pliers and a cutting device to enable it to fit. For the money, you shouldn't have to cut off plastics surrounds and rubbers in order to get the head-stock to sit in nicely and align with the bolts.
There is some quality control missing on this aspect.
Otherwise the bike is smooth and quiet to operate, so it fits perfectly.

Perfect gift
Overall, I'd give the product a 5/5. Took me a bit of time to review because we wanted to test it first. So far so good. It is very durable, sleek design, commercial-grade gym bench but perfect for a home gym. I've been researching a lot before buying this and I'm glad this is what I ended up getting. It has a bigger gap between the seat and the back recline than other gym benches that I researched but the quality of the bench fabric, the durability of the parts, the feature of the recline, the wheels, outweigh them all.
It took my partner an hour to assemble the bench but I think it added more character to it because you know what's going on with your bench.
Delivery was okay, the third party courier wasn't at all helpful.

We have checked your order and originally, you chose the standard delivery as your shipping method, which involves ground floor delivery with 3-4 working days ETA. This was stated during checkout. Our team decided to upgrade you to next business day delivery to make it convenient for you. Terms and conditions were mentioned which includes, ground floor delivery only and assistance needed as it is a one man delivery service. Coverage was also explained to you when our team called to schedule the delivery. However, when you informed us that you cannot assist and that you do not wish to have it left outside, the next best option that we have is to offer room of choice which would entail an additional charge already since we will use a different courier who will provide the additional service for a two-man job.
Hope this addresses your concern.

Longevity
I just ordered a key for a Lifespan treadmill we got for free. But I still give it 5 stars since it was a heavy treadmill indicating quality when I picked it up and it worked straight away as soon as we got the key even though it had probably done a lot of kilometres in its life.

Doesn’t fit properly
The treadmill cover we ordered doesn’t fit properly, even though we measured it to match the recommended size. It needs to be a bit longer and higher so that the cover can adequately be drawn with the drawstring to secure it over the front motor section.
We will need to get another one custom made now that fits properly.

This treadmill cover is specifically designed and measured to be compatible with our non foldable treadmills like the Marathon and Tempest. If the treadmill is from a different brand, it may not guarantee full coverage despite the measurement as the design and shape of a treadmill from different brands vary.
