Great product

Great product. Takes time to assemble but works well so far but it has only been a few weeks. Very happy with delivery efficiency, assistance and the actual product.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Normally, for warranty claims, if the issue of the damage falls within our warranty terms (https://www.lifespanfitness.com.au/pages/warranty-repairs), replacement parts will be shipped at no cost. However, if the part is not available at our store, especially when the model in question that needs a replacement part is sold out or discontnued, we will need to request for parts from factory which would require 6-8 weeks before it arrives at our store.

Best and only place to shop for such good quality equipment.

I had an exceptional experience…

I had an exceptional experience recently with Lifespan. After ordering an elliptical trainer I found that one of the cables had been sliced. This prevented the machine from being able to power on.

I reached out to the Lifespan team, and was surprised how quickly a team member got in contact with me. They offered me multiple different options to address the fault that best suited my situation. After choosing the best option, a tech came out quickly and repaired it.

The whole experience felt effortless, but the quick and friendly support from the team really made it stand out for me.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service - both in the showroom when we were trying to make a final decision. Online ordering was seamless and pick-up was straightforward with no hassle at all. Treadmill was easy to set up
