I love my Life Ionizer! Everyone should have one in their home! Customer Seevice is also excellent! Ricardo is always very helpful!

I had a small issue with the new replacement filters for my Life Ionizer. When I called, Ricardo L. from customer support pointed me in the right direction.
They are now sending me a new filter to replace the defective one.

Quality product, I have the MXL-15 for over 10 years now. Their customer service is great and has helped me trouble shoot filter installation over the phone in the past. Highly recommend!

It took one month to get my order.
And it's not the first time happening.
I wish their customer support will be better and product more available.

We have had our unit for 3 years and have been very satisfied. Customer service has been great, which is always a plus for any company. I just ordered some filters today and it could not have been any easier. I highly recommend.

My family and I have been using Lifeionisers for last 6 years and today , I have upgraded to the newer one. Mr. Ricardo Lopez I have known for the last 6 years and has always helped and guided me whenever I need help and has walked my plumber and us to do the correct connections. He always guides us and is very patient. When we got our first lifeioniser. Our dog Toby was showing arthritic changes and he was 12 years of age. He was a combination of German Shepherd with Golden Retriever and Labrador. I started him on the alkaline water and within a week, his behavior changed. He was a puppy again and did not squeal when he was hugged. This convinced me that Alkaline water is excellent for our health. I recommend getting help from Mr. Lopez. Every time, I have asked for help, he has always guided and helped me selflessly.
