I required assistance to resolve an issue I was having with the Lock Box. It was quickly resolved and the representation was extremely helpful and friendly. I am very happy with the services i receive whenever I call.

This is a great service as so many seniors are living away from kids and some do not have any kids to check on them .It is getting more difficult for some seniors to drive as there are too many vehicles on the road and many do not pay attention to the driving code so more seniors are staying in their homes and are all alone.At least in the event of an emergency they are connecting to a live body .

I am frustrated that I have not been given the respect regarding keeping the Life Assure unit. I have not been wearing it to be honest, I find it bulky and annoying and I generally have my phone on me. So I am basically wasting money on it every month except this month because I was offered a free month to "think" about it. I have thought about it and maybe in a few years I will be in a better financial position and will reconsider using the unit.

I bump it a lot and the staff are reliable and friendly. They call each time in a timely manner and can be trusted always. I like how they greet me with my first name.

Well,I was very pleased with the service I got when ordering. They explained the unit and plan very well. And how it would works.
Aside from activating it when I received it,I haven't needed to use it for help.
But one thing,I really do feel good now knowing I have life assure watching over me.

When I have needed to use my medical alert I have had good people respond to my need and respond accordingly to my needs

My experience echoes many others posted. I finally sent the unit back. It was difficult to get the customer service representative to take my order, as they continued to try to persuade me to continue. I insisted, asking about the refund policy, since I prepaid for a year and was a bit more than a month after automatic renewal payment. The representative said the they did not have that information. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They WERE the supervisor, and said that they did not have access to that information. I threatened to go public with the ridiculous conversation. I am old, but belong to organizations which are interested in news about senior citizens being treated poorly. Hung up. Shortly afterward, another person called and gave me the information. Completely unconcerned that the so-called supervisor didn’t know the answer to a simple basic question any customer should be told. I have been waiting for confirmation of receipt of my equipment. And a refund. So far… nothing. Beware!

Once received it is better for me with clip on belt. I tested the system and found the response a little slower than last device. Will give it a try.

it arrived quickly and was less time to charge.i also like the key box.added bonus of security if home alone. i can still get medical attention quickly.

I just received this alert for my mother. Seems like it’s working well , no issues thus far.

the device was made to work again using damp cloth that removed lint from the pins in the device and the charger.

They were there immediately when I fell. Life Assure had the ambulance there and I was looked after in great time.
