Do not trust this company.

I received a white dress with a black stain.
The online refund portal was stuck in pending and I never received a returns label.
The refund time frame has now passed and I'm unable to return it at all.

There has been no contact from this company at all.

Do not buy anything from this company.

None existent customer service. Would advise not buying any items from this store as you won’t be able to return or receive any kind of refund. No response to any emails. Poorly fitting, overpriced and absolutely appalling service, once they have your money you are unlikely to get it back.

Ordered bridesmaids dresses, none fit or were suitable. Returned, however didn’t receive refund for all dresses. 1 refund missing. Told they were investigating…. Nothing heard since. Feels like fraud! DO NOT BUY BRIDESMAID DRESSES FROM HERE

I bought a dress from here and returned it 10th May. Haven't recieved a refund and emailed multiple times but email keeps bouncing back? Unsure where to go from here any suggestions welcome? Would not reccomend!!

Poor quality dress that arrived with a black stain on it, had a different colour than in the pictures (yellow, not ivory) and bad fit (running really large for xs). The return experience has been bad too - almost 2 weeks since I sent the dress back and haven't even heard back from the customer service, let alone received a refund.

I recently purchased several Liena dresses for a special event, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The colour range and flattering silhouettes easily set Liena dresses apart,I received countless compliments throughout the event.

My partner was really happy with the clothes ordered, good price and quality.

Dreadful customer service. Would never buy again. Article arrived and too small and despite several emails no response on how to action a return. They seem to take your money and run.

I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from Liena, there is a huge range of styles so lots of options for different body types. All dresses I ordered were well made, no loose threads, the zips were all well attached, and fitted as they looked on the website. Very happy with them!

Quality of the dress I ordered did not fully meet my expectations. I still decided to keep it because returning would not be easy.

This was not the worst part. Liena charged me 40 EUR shipping costs to NL. After shipment DHL charged me another 40 EUR, because Liena made a mistake when sending the order. So in the end Liena charged me twice. No response at all from customer service...

Please never spend you money with this company.

Poor quality, badly designed dresses and customer service is non-existent.
Zip on back of the dress ordered is too long and results in it "popping" out from the mid back with alot of unnecessary excess material – it looks terrible. I am expected to spend just as much on alterations as the price on the dress.
I don’t understand what size guide Liena is using if they are manufacturing dresses that have such a poor fit.
I even emailed customer service to ask if it was a manufacturing defect and attached pictures, I did not receive a response. I do find that ridiculous considering I am trying to resolve an issue as a customer and I need to adhere to a 14 day returns policy and Liena can’t even respond.

I also consider it false advertising to show clothing fitting amazing on a model on Liena's website and to fit completely different in reality.

Advise to any future Brides and bridesmaids - don’t buy from this company – your purchase will cost double when you add up alterations.

You are better off purchasing dresses elsewhere that are of better quality material, designed to a higher standard that actually provides a decent fit to the appropriate dress size and probably has a customer service that will bother responding when you have an issue as a customer.
