My car was collected at the designated time together with a temporary replacement. This came after the Company kept me informed about the planned programme. I was kept informed about the repair & given the date my car would be returned. It was returned on this date & I was delighted with the repairs. I would recommend this Company to any potential customers.

Bodywork absolutely fine. Customer service not good. Lincoln south had my car for 5 days, not counting the weekend. The job was 2/3 days at most. But this was not the real issue. I received my FIRST phone call after 5 days at 4.45pm, to tell me my car was ready for collection. I stated I would be there in 10 minutes only to be told the workshop was closed and I had to wait till the next day. So the car was NOT ready for collection.
I had a loaner car, which was checked by the staff before I drove off. Upon return I was accused of causing a small dent in the rear of the car. This had not been picked up on the check out sheet. I asked for the lady to view the video. She could not identify it on her monitor, so she went to find a larger monitor. I sat in the waiting room felling like an accused person, as everyone must say....it wasn't me. Eventually it was confirmed that the damage was there before I took the car, but it WAS not picked up on the check out. This damage must have been there when the previous user returned it, so why was this information not carried fwd? I then had an issue because the tyre pressure warning light was on. Another wait while the mechanics checked for any tyre damage, which there was not. All in, 35 minutes to retrieve my car. I left feeling as if I had been interrogated. Never again I am afraid

From when they picked up the car, till when the car was dropped off, just a great service from all the staff, drivers and my car door that was smashed in was fixed to a high standard ,to all the staff at Keith department thank you

Keith Branch - highly recommend. Really good service after my car (motorbility covered) was damaged by a rogue car wheel rolling down the road and hitting my parked car at speed, causing damage to the body work. Car was collected from my home in Banff, courtesy car provided, I was kept informed of progress and repaired car was ready 10 days later. Very helpful and polite staff.

Minor damage to the car caused by another car. The repair completely made good, as good as when the car was in the showroom. Courtesy car provided, our car collected from home and returned when repaired AND our car was beautifully valeted, gleaming. 5stars.

Eveline and Aaron who work in the office were lovely, happy to give me updates and let me know when I called to see how things were going on. Finn did a fantastic job cleaning my car also before it was handed back to me. I highly recommend this company.

Friendly staff and the job was fantastic. I'm not impressed with the fact that I'm 250 down and my car came back with a damaged infotainment screen it went in with no damage at all. I'm having to take it to Nissan to be repaired

L and I Eaton Keith branch did a fab job of my car, picked it up on Thursday, brought me a courtesy car and had it back the following Thursday looking like new,the girls on the phone also couldn’t have been more helpful, very pleased with the result, thankyou L and I Eaton

L&I Eaton ARC Ltd recently repaired my vehicle - somebody had reversed into my vehicle whilst I was in a local supermarket, and damage was caused to the rear tailgate section above the rubber bumper, and a piece of the rubber bumper was gouged from the impact. The repairs were carried out to the highest standard - and my vehicle was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. It was like getting a new car again - pristine. I highly recommend this company.

Very easy company to deal with. Collected my car and delivered a lovely courtesy car. Once the repair was done they came and delivered my car back, all was done in a short space of time. The phone calls were very courteous and informative and my car has never looked so good. Very happy and would certainly recommend.
