Great experence! While my Windows 11 Home version wouldn't let me upgrade to Pro initially, I emailed them and they walked me through an alternative method. It was fast and seamless! Great customer service and very fast responses.

I ordered Windows 11 to install on an old laptop and had issues getting it installed. They were very responsive with their emails and gave me detailed instructions on how to remedy the issue. Ultimately, the laptop couldn't support the graphics of Windows 11 and they were nice enough to allow me to exchange Windows 11 for Windows 10. Then they gave me detailed instructions on how to resolve other installation issues with Windows 10. It was the best customer service I have experienced online.
