Purchased AutoCAD 2026 via Wowcher ( As i thought they were trust worthy company). Software was downloaded from cloud storage outside of Autodesk and included an additional 'volume tool' file. In order to install you need to turn off anti-virus, install AutoCAD and then additional file. Once installed the software did run, but my Anti-virus constantly reported a virus. Upon further checks the self-extracting 'volume tool' file contained two files known to bypass licence registration.

The supplied product keys were never required and when I asked for these to be verified was told Licenceplace would only provided paper trail for the licence if legally required and then once a NDA was signed.

Other checks I carried out to try and validate software all lead to the same conclusion, so I uninstalled software.

I was offered assistance to install, but queries regards the legitimacy of software, were not answered and all emphasis placed on myself to prove validity.

Throughout a requested for refund was refused. I have now begun chargeback via bank.

The help has been excellent and the the guy that fixed my issue did so really quickly.

I bought InDesign through Wowcher for what seemed like a bargain price, and like others have said, I wish now that I'd read reviews. This is clearly a scam and pirated or stolen licences.

My licence worked for a month or so when I first tried it in March, but went to use it again today and Adobe have removed it.

Wowcher sent me to this "organisation" who said they can help but only by remote sessions on my computer. They then were rude and unhelpful when I said I didn't feel comfortable with having strangers remote into my system - and this was an issue for them. I asked that they send support I can do myself and they refused.

I'll be taking this further with my bank and Wowcher, but this is a scam, avoid.

Based on their reply: they accused me of saying "are you thick?" in emails to them and I've never said those words in my life to anyone. They repeatedly say they've offered lots of help but the only thing they offered was to remote session into my computer to "resolve the issue" which nobody with any IT literacy will do. Do not use.

This is clearly a scam - there software is not real but hacked versions that contained malware.

I wish I'd read the reviews!

Purchase both a photoshop and illustrator licence via wowcher and at no point did the advert say it wasn't upgradable and would not work if I used adobe cloud.

Reached out via email and their support was very dismissive of my issue saying it was the way i was installing the software. Apparently you dont need to enter the licence key they provide anywhere in the software....

Ping ponging back and forth asking them to show me where in the advert it says you can't use adobe cloud or update the software... they ignored the question

Avoid at all costs. Lesson learnt never to buy cheap as it doesnt work out

I've had several emails between yourselfs and Wowcher, the software licence key you've given to me (28 digits) is not needed for the provided .rar file. I've asked where i enter the licence key you've given me and kept being told its not needed. How can an adobe product not need a licence to function. After updating the software - it now says 'Free trial' and i need a 24 digit key. I've now gone to my credit card company for a refund and shared the Trustpilot reviews for my issue and examples of other customer issues, they are now issueing a chargeback

It was a relatively smooth experience getting support from the license place team. The agent was very knowledgeable, knew what the issue was and resolved it within minutes.

So very helpful and professional dealing with my issue. i had so many problems installing my Autocad 2026 program that i had to get the professionals in. a date and time was made and the software specialist contacted me via phone and then he took over my PC. With determination and ease and after a few clicks my program and license was activated via a PC takeover. I found this to be fascinating watching as things were being popped into place and finding it a learning experience too. We originally had an issue with our Microsoft package after purchasing through Wowcher. We emailed and received a response quickly offering their assistance to help. We scheduled a call for help installing from their end. The phone call was great and we are now up and running! Thank you so much for your help.

1 Star - Fraudulent seller and pirated products

I purchased a "lifetime license" for Adobe Photoshop 2026 through this merchant, only to find that the product provided was fake, pirated software. Not only was the listing completely misleading, but the seller's behavior was appalling—they were extremely rude and closed our chat once I questioned the legitimacy of the license. Thankfully, Wowcher provided a refund, but this seller should not be allowed on the platform. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased Photoshop 2026 through Wowcher. Features are not available with adobe stating that it's not a genuine version of Photoshop.

Fully aware that it was a 'refurbished licence' but looking into it further adobe don't even issue lifetime licenses.

When a price seems to good to be true there's usually a dodgy reason for it. Just because it's on a website such as Wowcher, doesn't mean it's legit. Lesson learned.

I wish I had read these reviews before spending £28 on a refurbished license. The link I received on my welcome email to download the software was broken which made me feel suspicious. But the best was yet to come when I went to their website on the chat asking for a correct link or I'd ask for a refund and was schooled into why I should be polite and not ask for a refund, to the point of being threatened to "be careful" because everything was recorded. Unbelievable when I had the horrible voice messages that had been sent. So yes, I don't know if the software works but this behaviour is the worst I've seen in a long time.

I've edited my review after reading the reply, because the point that is being missed is that there was NO NEED for the person on the support chat to be sending mocking voice messages when all I was trying to get was help or a refund. Technical issues happen and that's all that should've been said. But this person continue to send voice messages to the point it was threatening. That was shocking customer service and that is all I'm complaining about.

Purchased Autocad 2026 from Wowcher and tried installing a couple of times myself however contacted Licenceplace and booked an appointment for the next available Saturday. Harry rang me on the dot and had the software up and running within 10 mins. Great service!!
