I was nervous about using License Place due to the negative reviews I had read. However, I took the plunge and couldn't be happier. I had trouble installing the software but once I had made an appointment with their Tech Support, the nice guy from the Netherlands walked me through the installation.

during a phone call with licence place they installed everything necessary to have autocad at heavily discounted price they made this incredibly complicated process vwey simple for me.

Really helpful team. I had a problem with my software several weeks after purchase so got in touch. We arranged a TeamViewer meeting and a call and they fixed it just like that! No fuss, no problem and no charge!

After 6 months of installing the software I experienced an issue following a major windows update.
After contacting the customer support number their tech support team reached out and did all the more complicated stuff from their end as I just sat their and watched after which everything was fine. So I highly recommend them.

I had a Licence problem with Inventor 2026 software. I contacted support via live chat on their website and made an appointment scheduled as soon as I was available. My problem was fixed for me using TeamViewerSupport.
The Technician was more than excellent, had patience, knew exactly what to do, was knowledgeable and fixed the problem and stayed on-line while I tested the software so I am now back up and running.

I originally purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro from LicencePlace via a Wowcher deal at an incredible price. The initial installation was straightforward and worked perfectly.

However, after my PC began running slowly for unknown reason, I had to perform a factory reset, which wiped my software. I reached out to the LicencePlace support team, and they were helpful. They booked me a technical support slot within two days and reinstalled the software for me flawlessly. Truly impressive customer service highly recommended. Today is the date of reinstallation, so let me see how this goes.

Product exactly as described. Had a small problem getting my product working but customer services were really helpful and super quick in getting the issue resolved.

I have only bought from License Place once but my experience with them means that I will definitely be using them again as their after sales service has been excellent.

I bought a perpetual license for a popular BIM application from them through a discount website and the package seemed to have installed fine but failed to launch. When I reached out to them they were very prompt in their responses and Harry was very knowledgeable and diligent, arranging several remote sessions to get to the bottom of the problem - one that even the software developers were unable to resolve but, due to the clear communications and willingness to try different things and thinking outside the box I am very pleased that I now have the package working as it should do.

Harry has been a Godsend as the whole thing was quite frustrating and, for a while, it seemed like I really had hit a brick wall - especially given the fact the developers themselves could not resolve the problem

Now, I cannot wait to use this BIM tool and get back on track with my studies and improve my employment prospects and, of course, enjoy the very significant savings offered for other software in the future!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who doesn't have great technical knowledge and/or is reluctant to buy from a company of this type.

I emailed with issue and responded within 24hrs. I called regarding a different issue and corrected over the phoe after a 15min call, very good
