Diese Eigenschaften stechen hervor.
Ich hatte vom Anfang an eine sehr gutes Gefühl gehab und das hat sich auch bestätigt.
Nicht nur der Preis sondern auch das Prozedere hat mich überzeugt. Es war sehr einfach den Antrag zu stellen und die Dokumente hoch zu laden. Die Bestätigungsmail und die Rechnung kam sofort. Die Mail mit der Code zum selber Ausdrucken im „convenience store“ kam ein Tag vor der Einreise in Japan an zusammen mit dem Anleitung zum Ausdrucken.
Auch die Kommunikation mit Kai war sehr hilfreich und sehr freundlich.
Ich würde jedem empfehlen, der vorhat nach Japan zu reisen und eine Führerschein-Übersetzung braucht.

Es hat perfekt funktioniert
Es hat perfekt funktioniert. Exakt einen Tag vor dem Flug haben wir den Code per Mail bekommen. Damit konnten wir nach Ankunft in Tokio in einem Seven Eleven (die gibt es fast an jeder Ecke) die Übersetzung ausdrucken. Diese wurde vom Autovermietung problemlos akzeptiert.

Es freut uns riesig, dass alles so reibungslos geklappt hat. Genau das ist unser Ziel: Nach der Landung in Japan einfach in den nächsten Seven-Eleven gehen, den Ausdruck machen und direkt den Mietwagen abholen können.
Es ist schön zu hören, dass die Abwicklung vor Ort so problemlos verlaufen ist. Das nimmt sicher auch vielen anderen Reisenden die Ungewissheit vor dem ersten Mal Autofahren in Japan.

Remplir avant de partir le formulaire avec les indications du permis.
Arrivés sur place nous avons imprimé pour quelques yens le permis traduit au magasin 7 eleven. Très simple.
Il le faut même pour conduire karting en ville à Tokyo ou Osaka. Expérience super!!!

We are sorry to hear about your experience, but we would like to clarify the facts regarding your order.
First, our 7-Eleven service is priced at 49 EUR, not 50 EUR. According to our records, your 7-Eleven code was sent to you via email on March 10th (well before your scheduled arrival on March 13th).
Unfortunately, automated emails can sometimes end up in spam filters. Since we have no control over your personal email settings, we always recommend checking your junk folder if you haven't heard from us.
We are surprised to receive this feedback only now, 15 days after your arrival. We offer 7/7 support via WhatsApp and email specifically to solve such issues instantly. Had you contacted us at any point during the last two weeks, we would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, we received no inquiries from you until this review.
