The buggy which we bought is not at all good. The wheels are moving in all directions with baby on it. It doesnt have proper back support for the baby. We found many other better brands in less price. When we sent this feedback to the company, the below is the response we got from them.

This is a budget pram

TERRIBLE customer service. Have been trying to contact them because I need to change my delivery address and not only have they not replied to multiple emails and/or through live chat, but have also shipped it to the wrong address (that I was trying to rectify). I have no idea how I’m gonna get it now.

Terrible pram, terrible customer service. Pram is Under 3 months old, broken, not useable, been contacting them for weeks, no replies to emails, live chat or calls!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They are like one way traffic. Once you buy their product there is no turning back. Don’t buy their items guys. I bought a stroller and was not suitable for my little one. Tried to contact them but couldn’t get through. Could not return and it’s just sitting in my garage now. Complete waste of money.

I have been trying to return a stroller I purchased since October 31, 2025, and they are not responding to my emails.
I would like you to respond and tell me how to proceed, as the stroller is in perfect condition, it just didn't meet my needs.
