The product was a scam

The product was a scam. I attempted to get my money back and the company refused. The blanket was the same as $20 Amazon blanket. They charged me $70 and I paid additional $15 for plush. It was a scam and this company needs to be shut down.

Good start; but, the ended is disappointing.

The first three days were exceptional, and here’s why: the sloped, contoured floor of the boot immediately relieved my foot pain and noticeably improved my posture while standing and walking. On duty, I was able to stand for an entire 10+ hour shift without back pain or constant shifting. Even more impressive was how easily I could run at full speed in the boots and walk seven and a half miles with no foot ache or fatigue.
However, after the sixth day, the heel on the left boot’s sole separated, and the boot itself expanded by about half an inch. I’m now in the process of finding a qualified cobbler to repair it.

I have requested a new shoe box which…

I have requested a new shoe box which will accommodate the size 13 shoes that I last ordered and a pair of beige sheafs emblazoned with the Liberty Zeno brand to protect them twice as they were disposed of by mistake, no response. This may discourage me from further purchases and create a poor perception unless thre matter is resolved to my satisfaction
