I purchased the faux leather jacket and it is gorgeous

Received the Georgia beautiful knitted sweatshirt, I now have two (different colours) as the quality is so good and the fit is excellent, they also wash really well. Delivery and customer service are great!!

The product was lovely exactly as coloured and described on website and arrived very quickly with no issues

Brilliant love the suit, a little on the large side

I love that libbyloves offers something other than the mainstream. Quality is great for the price point. Shipping is fast, and items arrive with packaging that shows that someone cares.

My last item was a shirt from the sale. It was very reduced and I thought it would be handy, but maybe not perfect. But actually it far exceeded my expectations. Great design, great price!

The top that I ordered has great styling, the whole process of ordering and receiving was really good, quick and efficient. I didn’t give 5* review as I had a sizing query and that was difficult to resolve. I had a form which didn’t have the options that were suitable and I used it but I did want a better contact back than I had. I got some sort of pre-reset email which was pretty useless. I also wanted to know if they were open on Sunday which did seem an offer an option online but there was no way of finding out. So I took to Instagram and it’s more than a week ago now and I still haven’t had a reply to their opening times. Small things, I decided to keep my item anyway although returning would have been easy, but those are two options I feel important. I would look on the Libby loves site though and see what else they have. I think they trade out of a place called Ediit, and that wasn’t quite clear either.

Ordered online from them as I do not live near the store. Checked the returns policy said 14 days from delivery so I bought 2 dresses to try at home. Delivery was late and the dresses aren't to my taste and the sizing was too big. Went to the website and my order says not eligible for returns as per policy. Checked returns policy again, still within the returns window by a week and no reason given. Contacted them, no reply. I am appalled at this scammy approach. I wont buy another thing from them and nor should you. £150 gone. I received a welcome discount but the dresses were full price. There is no reason they shouldn't accept it back. I guess it speaks to their faith in their product and cash problems.

Ordered a knitted jacket. I loved the style but was faulty due to the material. I contacted them via email as no phone number advertised, it took them 2 weeks for a reply even though they advise that a response will be made in 24hrs. They asked for photos of faulty material, I sent evidence on the same day…this was over 2 months ago…unfortunately I still have not received a response!

Happy to report that the issues with no delivery of my items due to fault of dhl has now been resolved and both my items have now been delivered. As one of the items couldn't be delivered due to out of stock, I was refunded this amount and given a free pair of trousers for the non delivery of my items. Excellent customer service resolution. Very impressed

I recently purchased a beautiful jumpsuit from Libyloves. I had to ask for an exchange, this was not a problem. The exchange was posted the day i requested it, it was delivered very quickly ensuring delivery in time for Christmas, amazing service & excellent communication throughout.

The jumpsuit is fabulous and very well priced. 8i would highly recommend shopping with this fabulous company.

Bought an item which arrived too late for the occasion and they have completely blanked all my efforts to return it. This seems to be the theme from the Google reviews so obviously not just due to the busy festive period. The item is nice but it's a totally unethical way to operate.
