I've just moved to LHP following the retirement of my previous accountant. They came well recommended and I can see why.
Anwen has gone above and beyond to help me settle in. Any enquiries I've had have been answered straight away. To know she is just a phone call away, is such a reassurance.

L.H.P Accountants have been dealing with our tax returns since the early 1960's At that time they had a small office in Quay St Carmarthen. Although we have now moved out of the area they still do our accounts. Maddi Phelps is usually our contact. Thank you Maddi. Very efficient and helpful.

I have had the worst possible experience with payroll at LHP. They got it wrong almost every time and that was with a payroll of one employee. I told them that the employee had left and they issued a p45 and yet they still charged me for some spurious reason. Never got the same person. Appalling service!! I have a chain of emails where I had to correct the payroll on a regular basis.

I have been with LHP, previously Alexander Partnership, for many years. Only a small client, with one holiday rental and a very small buy to let portfolio. They are always efficient, prompt and reasonably priced and on the rare occasions that i phone I am always able to speak to a real person. I would particularly comment Denise who is always polite, pleasant and helpful.

Where would we be without Eleri Quan!! Always cheerful and nothing is a problem for her to solve. If she does not know the answer( which is very rare) she will find the answer and sort it out. She understands our business so well. When dealing with any quiry Eleri explains it so easy that we understand what is needed to do.

I have worked with Rhys and Menna at LHP for the last two years and have found their support to be excellent. They introduced me to Xero and Dext, with Menna helping with all the set up and guiding me through getting going with them. On a day to day basis, Menna is quick to responds and very helpful. In terms of my annual tax return, both Rhys and Menna have been very good. Just what I need from a firm of accountants, on the basis of my experience I can recommend them and LHP.
