Ola went out of his way to get the job done. In the end the drive needed replacing. He took the laptop home repaired it saved my data to the new drive and returned it in a few days.

It was an absolute pleasure to sit Beside a Person and watch your experience with computer programme's while linking to 2 other computers Apple IPAD and Apple PHONE to carry the same data while typing only ONCE on a desktop unit and on completion of that Particular one effort it was visible in a very short space of time on the laptop and Telephone. This process was also repeated on every incoming data via emails etc

We have opened an internal review to investigate your last job. The only job Lewis Computech have completed for you onsite and invoiced was over 4 months ago, precisely on 6th July, 2023. There is no job booking or invoice that indicates 3 visits as you claimed. You also mentioned that you have sent us a message to contact you, but i'm afraid we did not receive any email from you. Our team work really hard to deliver a quality service to all customers and we take all feedback very seriously.
We assessed and diagnosed your two hardware devices thoroughly onsite. One has a dead motherboard and need to be replaced and the other one has a corrupt windows image that requires formatting and OS re-installation, but you declined to proceed with the repair solution that we recommended due to financial concerns.
This should not be seen as our shortcoming and our team does not deserve such low rating for our hardwork, even when its not the outcome you expect.
