I saw Gary last December, having seen other therapists and two orthopaedic surgeons, without any improvement. Gary immediately diagnosed that I would need partial knee replacement surgery, even without any x-rays or scans, just from his many years of experience. He then referred me to a specialist, who immediately diagnosed the need for the partial knee replacement surgery and five weeks ago I went ahead with it. After a 'tough' time, in pain, Gary has continued to reassure me that I am making good progress, and without his expertise there would be no light at the end of the tunnel. I challenge anyone to find a kinder, more experienced physiotherapist than Gary Lewin. I know I will get there with Gary's help, for which I am most grateful.

Laura was helpful and she really helped me. The exercises were painful at first but got used to it. I am now feeling very well and back to normal activities. I would recommend Lewin Sports Centre.

All staff very helpful and polite. Laura helped me in my recovery of a knee injury. Working on things in the gym facilities to give me a programme to do from my own gym with progress checks every other week. my recovery was speedy and overall very good. Would recommend

Totally professional and an expert in his field. Gary oversaw my knee operation by giving me exercises to do before and after the operation which made rehabilitation much quicker. So much so he then gave me an exercise program to help me accomplish a trek to Everest Base Camp, I couldn't have done it without his help and encouragement.

Gary Lewin is a very experienced superb physio. He got me back to tennis and more after serious ski injury to knee ligaments and surgery. As well as the medical side the administration of the clinic is excellent. Highly recommended. Wynne Aveling

I recently went through a acl injury and was referred to go and see Gary Lewin at the clinic. From the first session he was professional/efficient and knew exactly what he was doing reassuring me throughout that the programme he had set for me pre surgery was going to put me in the best possible place post surgery.
I’m now 3 months post surgery and I have hit all my targets and continuing to progress, however I wouldn’t be able to get there without Gary’s guidance and support he has been able to give throughout. I can’t wait to continuing my recovery journey with him!

First impressions are very important, especially in the field of rehabilitation, physiotherapy and sports injury, where trust & confidence are important in recovery. At Lewin Clinic you get this in buckets as the reception team give you a great welcome, the clinic is spotlessly clean and the therapists & clinicians are approachable, friendly and extremely professional. Most of all though they are great at what they do, with staff who specialise in many different aspects to aid your recovery. My back & leg pain is now beautifully controlled. I can’t thank Sports Therapist Emma Stone enough for her care and attention. I’m a new man! All staff listen and act on your individual needs. Recommended!!!!

The Lewin Clinic is very friendly and welcoming. Colin is exceptionally knowledgeable, made it clear what he was doing and why, explained the exercises thoroughly that I needed to do at home to strengthen and get full movement back in my shoulder after dislocation.

Laura helped me rebuild my knee and groin injuries over a period of 4 months.

I still use a variety of the exercises she gave me day to day to maintain the strength in both areas.

All the staff at the Clinic are welcoming and very helpful.

Colin managed my recovery following an Achilles tendon rupture and V-Y plasty reconstructive tendon surgery. I was instantly put at ease with a plan for the coming weeks and months, with clear expectations for my recovery at each milestone. I received excellent treatment and advice along the way.

I've had an ongoing injury with my shoulder where the pain and aches keep on coming back. I contacted Lewin Sports Clinic where they gave me an urgent next day appointment to see their specialist Laura. After 3/4 sessions with Laura, my shoulder was pain-free and I was able to have a better sleep. Laura was very professional and great at answering any queries I had. She knew straight away what my injury was and how to heal it. With a few sessions and an exercise programme I worked on at home, my shoulder was healed within a couple of week of seeing her. Very happy :)
