For the last 8 years I have used lettingsupermarket to manage my property portfolio. If there is ever an issue I can speak to someone and I am given professional advice and explained the potential outcomes.

The whole team have been amazing in all aspects of managing my properties and really work hard to create an environment that is fair for the landlord and tenant which makes working with them in the long run.

Their service is constantly evolving and it’s always exciting to see what new things they add to their platform and all of the staff are interested in your opinion on it.

Andrew, James, and the team at Lettingsupermarket were great for helping me run two five-flat rentals from abroad! They were reliable, with excellent customer service. A particular "shout out" to James from the Maintenance Team - who helped me with some tricky challenges with both buildings. He was so responsive, so reliable, and made the whole experience far less stressful than it would have been! They were also wonderfully supportive and helpful through the sale of both properties. I highly recommend them.

This is the only management agency that has been consistently excellent in all my projects. James is worthy of a mention, he and his team are faultless. Recently responded to an emergency, making the house safe within a matter of hours (in London) the builders were excellent, and the house was as good an new within a week. First time I have ever considered handing over my full portfolio. Well done.

Letting supermarket done everything they could to get me into the property as fast as possible. Everytime a problem they answered. Now I'm out of the property they're ignoring me. I've been out of the property for 3 months and I'm still waiting on my bond. They promise the world until your out. Absolutely pathetic

As a landlord who has used lettingsupermarket for the past ten years I can honestly say they are brilliant at what they do. James is particularly helpful, as are many of his colleagues. I live in Spain now and I am just selling the last property in my portfolio. I will miss dealing with this company, they have made the past ten years a total breeze.

I’ve been trying to book a viewing through LettingSupermarket for weeks now and no one will contact us back. The move in date is two weeks away, every time we call they tell us they’ll get someone to call back and never do. If I was the landlord of this property I’d be really annoyed they’re making it impossible to rent

Edit: Your reply is very misleading, this is not what happened at all. Me and my partner have called up multiple times and have never been able to speak to someone on the Lettings Team, we were not told you’d call back when viewings were available, every time we called we were told someone from the Lettings team would call back asap so we could register our interest in the property and no one ever did. We were told we would be “added to the list of people to call back urgently” but when I’d call back most of the time our details hadn’t actually been taken as they’d have no record of us calling.

We have our portfolio of 4 buy to let properties with lettings supermarket and we are very pleased with their service. They are extremely competitive and the managements team are always on the ball. Making sure tenants get things sorted ASAP and keeping us in the loop every step of the way.

It's hard to describe what a blessing Letting Supermarket has been to me over the years. Chris Sheldon and James Whittle have come to my aid, time and again, in such sigificant ways.

When they first took over managing one of my properties (I am living in South Africa), it had been completely ruined by the previous tenants. Letting Supermarket did a complete refurb - from top to bottom- AND covered the upfront costs, allowing me to pay them back gradually with subsequent rental income. I would- quite literally - have been sunk without them.

Now again, they have come to my aid in an equally significant way. I had a property where the piping was shuddering throughout and waking my tenants up throughout the night. The shuddering and high pitched noises were so stressful for my tenants.

I was managing the property myself and none of my plumbers could fix it . Their plan was to open up each wall in the house and secure the pipes - at huge cost and inconvenience to my tenants.

In desperation I contacted Chris Sheldon, and the next day James had Monty there... who fixed the problem in less than an hour!!! I would have lost my tenants if it had gone on much longer. Days later, I still couldnt believe that Monty had resolved such a huge problem, so easily.

I owe them so much.

Great Service, very good team

We are very happy with Letting Supermarket. We have primarily dealt with Jenna from the Norwich office and have been very impressed with how she has handled the letting and management of our property. We have used a few agents previously, these are easily the best. Thank you Letting Supermarket.

Absolutely delighted with these guys. Spoke with Andy from their lettings team and I passed over 2 empty houses which they let quickly and am now in the process of passing over my portfolio. I have dealt with Chris who gave me some great advice with a difficult tenant and Kate who helped resolve a tenant who was in arrears. James also dealt with a boiler fault really quickly. Since I have moved my properties to Lettingsupermarket, my tenants are happier, the 5% full management is great for me also.

Very happy with the service received to date, a proactive and knowledgeable team, that are always friendly. Even with a particularly difficult situation they acted efficiently to get it resolved. Overall I’m very happy

I would have no hesitation in recommending lettingsupermarket. We’ve received a fantastic service to date and the staff are always friendly.

Questioned there fees, which would equal half the months rent, after having to ask 3 times what they would be. I was then told that the "landlord" had chosen to go with some one else, which i had already been informed that they was happy with me once i had complete their forms.

Avoid these like the plague, they are rude, slow and will pull out on shady grounds when you question why they charge a single occupant so much for application.

Speaking as a landlord, I can't recommend Lettingsupermarket.com and in particular Jenna Veneziani enough. My property needed a tenant to be placed at the start of the the New Year, which meant advertising and viewings had to be arranged during the busy Christmas period when fewer people are looking for properties. I was so impressed by how quickly Jenna acted and really appreciated her taking the time to explain the details and make sure I was kept in the loop with any developments. I'm delighted to say the new tenant moved in without any issues and it's all down to Jenna's hard work and diligence.
