Odpowiedź od LetsExchange.io
Dear User,
We have reviewed our system and believe you previously contacted our support team from the email address al***@***ia.pl.
If this is the case, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced while using our service.
Here is the current status of the situation: Our system indicates that your inquiry concerns the non-receipt of funds. Since XMR exchanges rely on the liquidity of one of our providers, we are working on obtaining the private transaction key associated with your swap from this provider.
This key will enable us to retrieve all the exchange details and determine the stage at which the issue occurred. Additionally, it would be required if your wallet did not recognize the multi-hash.
Unfortunately, obtaining the private transaction key from the liquidity provider takes time.
We understand this delay is causing you inconvenience. We are doing everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please rest assured that if the problem arose on the side of the liquidity provider or LetsExchange, you would be fully compensated for your loss. LetsExchange always fulfills its obligations to customers. We will contact you immediately as soon as we have all the details about your exchange.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for this situation and stay in touch with our support team.
P.S. If the described situation is unrelated to your review, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
The LetsExchange Team
