I bought a ring that was slightly too small and contacted LBG for advice. Louis who replied could not have been more helpful. The resized ring was back with in just a few days after returning it.

I am very impressed both by the quality of the ring and their extremely helpful and courteous service and would highly recommend them.

I was a little anxious to make such a big purchase online and to a jeweller that I hadn’t used before but I needn’t have worried! From my initial contact all the way through to receiving my purchase the customer service I received from Louis and Pauline was amazing.
My questions were answered promptly and I got the sense that they really wanted me to be happy with my ring and the service provided. Ordering was easy and postage was speedy.

I bought a ring as a present for my 40th birthday including opals and amethysts to represent mine and my daughter’s birthstones. The design and setting is beautiful and the ring is made to a very high standard using beautiful stone. It will be treasured for a lifetime and hopefully beyond.

Good service and great product.

I was looking for a silver ring with Tanzanites, but the really “blueberry blue” colored stones seemed always to be in gold. Louis scouted out some really nice deeply colored stones and made me a beautiful ring. In addition to excellent customer service, delivery was very speedy(across the pond to US). So tempting to buy another one of his designs!

I have just received my silver emerald and pearl ring it is beautiful, I knew it would be as my husband bought me a ruby and pearl one for our anniversary and that was beautiful and I have a sapphire and pearl one. The workmanship is perfect the price is fabulous I may think about treating myself again to another one.
