Je suis désolé que vous n'ayez pas été satisfait du service que vous avez reçu. Vous avez reçu le format exact que vous aviez commandé. Si vous aviez fait une erreur en commandant la mauvaise grandeur, nous aurions accepté de faire l'échange si le produit n'était pas ouvert. Pour des raisons d'hygiène, un flacon de parfum ouvert ne peut pas être retourné. Nous nous assurons que cela est clairement indiqué dans le colis afin que vous puissiez vérifier que vous avez bien commandé le produit souhaité. Nous ne vous avons pas envoyé le mauvais produit. Nous sommes désolés qu'il n'y ait rien de plus à faire avec le produit reçu.

I payed for fast delivery to Europe. I orderd parfem, but the package doesnt include engredients, so delivery could not be made across the border due to customs. Now i have to wait a lot of days, even i payed for fast delivery. It is mestake from le parfumiere.

I am very sorry for the delay in the delivery of your parcel. Your order was randomly selected by customs in Croatia for inspection. We are not meant to provide the ingredients of a perfume unless is requested by customs. There wasn't any information missing to trigger the inspection. All was there and all was accurately detailed. Inspections are extremely rare but can happen. It unfortunate but isn't something we can control. All information has been provided to UPS to be able to release your package from customs so your order will soon be delivered to you.

My wife is not happy
My wife is not happy, we have old small bottle of this perfume and it is just enough to spray twice and it is staying all day, this new big bottle what we’re received smell is not strong and feels like it is not original, pretty close to original but it is not what we’re expected, I won’t order any perfume online anymore because it’s a lot of fake
