Quick Shipping.
Fantastic that shipping all the way from Georgia USA to remote Western Australia arrived within 2 weeks.
The website is easy to use, and the product photos and descriptions are clear. Prices are not cheap, but reasonable for similar style products. I would support an Australian-based supplier if there was one.
Disappointing that there is no delivery to PO boxes, as I would prefer that these not-cheap products will be secure if I'm not at home to meet the delivery person.

Hello Danielle! Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that while we do deliver to PO boxes, this service is limited to USPS PO Boxes. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Australia Post PO boxes.

Very dissapointed
I still have not received my order. It was supposed to arrive on Friday, August 9th. So i contacted Leonisa customer service and their answer was " I don't know, call the post office". Not helpful at all and still no idea where my order is.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points:
The USPS is currently experiencing delays due to severe weather conditions affecting the southeast, mid-Atlantic, and northeast regions of the U.S. Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond our control.
In an effort to assist, we offered to reach out to the post office for additional clarification on your tracking number, which did not have an expected delivery date at that time. Additionally, we mentioned that if you did not receive your package or it arrived after your needed timeframe, you would have the option to return it for a full refund at no extra cost. Alternatively, you could request that the USPS return the package if you no longer required the product.
The order is currently out for delivery today and is expected to arrive between 3 to 4 pm.
We hope this clears up any misunderstandings and are here to support you with any further questions or concerns.

Thank you for your feedback. As we mentioned in our previous correspondence, we are unable to provide free return labels to our Canadian customers. This is primarily due to the significant import costs imposed by Canadian government regulations, which can substantially impact both your shipping expenses and ours. Even if the return label were free, there would still be additional costs involved for you. Additionally, there are no cross-border label carriers available in the U.S. for this purpose. However, you are welcome to return your item using your preferred Canadian carrier.
