The ordering service and delivery were excellent, however the reason I only gave your company four stars is that I contacted you online to say that in my first order I mistakenly ordered the wrong Cherry Liquuers and asked if you could help me correct my error, but you didn’t respond to my request for help.

We have been buying Leonidas chocolates for many years, especially at Christmas, the round boxes of Cerisettes make a perfect gift and an after-dinner delight to share with family and friends.

For Christmas 2023 I had ordered three boxes online and we were extremely lucky that our special treats reached us, as the DPD driver delivered to the wrong house using the GPS setting, not the actual address: he then returned it to the depot and we were lucky that a different driver delivered to us two days later!

I put in the order in the afternoon and the chocolates were delivered next afternoon. Beautifully packaged. Beautiful chocolates. Very impressive. Thank you.
