This online store (Lenshop) is amazing. I bought myself new sunglasses and it was first time I placed order at Lenshop. I have received the parcel today and I'm very thankful, greatful and enthusiastic about their custom service and kindness. The delivery was really quick, I got the item in less than 48 ur since dispatch (1,5 day Greece-Slovenia). The product is original and it's beautiful. It was nicely packed and I also got a gift and nice, handwritten message. Whole team is very thoughtful and professional. I'm looking forward to make new purchase in Lenshop online store :)) and wish them a lot of success.

great service, very quick in handling an international shipping. Plus they sell some rare models and brands - it took me ages to find a specific pair of sunglasses! But they had them :)

I ordered one piece of Procornea Soft Contact Lenses Annual Wear Seelight 38% which cost Euro $80. I received a confirmation that my order was accepted and it will take 20 days to manufacture. A few weeks later, I received an email from one of the customer service officers that the product packaging has been changed to Hydrofit 38% and it is the same product just that the packaging has been changed. However, when I received the product, I was shocked that it was manufactured by another company called Cantor+Nissel and not Procornea. Certainly not same product with changed package that this shop had claimed. When I googled the product information on Cantor+Nissel official webiste for Hydrofit 38%, I found that Hydrofit 38% is only for 6 month wear. The product that I ordered Procornea Seelight 38% is for annual wear. The product that I ordered Seelight 38% has already been removed from lenshopeu website. I supposed so as to cover up their dishonest tracks. The shop has since replaced it with the Cantor Nissel Hydrofit 38% at Euro 95 for one year wear even though it is clearly stated on Cantor+Nissel official website that it will last only up to 6 months! When I googled the Hydrofit 38% to check the online price offered by other contact lens shops, the price for one piece called Hydrolens ranging from water content of between 58% up to 67% is less than Euro 30 for one year wear and these are made with better quality materials with higher water content. So this company is selling Euro 50 more for a more inferior product. So not only did the company lied to the customer about the product, it also overcharged the customer for a inferior product. Please avoid dealing with this company. I have already contacted the company about this unfair and dishonest dealing. Have yet to hear from them.
