How was it for you?
Product delivered promptly. Did not come with handling instructions, or how to dispose of the redundant battery. It is still working after a week so something must have been right. Would use them again.

Good price & delivery, but not perfect
Good price and acceptable delivery time. Easy to fit as it looked identical to the original unit it was replacing. Fully charged up to 100% but, although it is performing better than the original battery which was several years old, it is not holding the charge as long as I would have hoped. Without being plugged in it jumps from saying it has 2 or 3 hours remaining to 1 to 2 hours in a very short time. I have all my laptop settings configured for economy rather than performance so a bit disappointed that it doesn’t appear to be lasting as long as I expected it would.

Refused refund of unopened battery
I bought a battery from these guys. I took the battery and my laptop to a laptop repair shop to fit it whilst doing a repair. However the shop found the CPU was dying and that the laptop was on its last legs. So didn't install the new battery and advised me I could return it to get my money back.
I emailed Lenovo battery shop and got an out of office reply. Then a few days later got an email refusing a refund because I bought the battery over a month ago. I had it for about 5 or 6 weeks.
That seems very harsh to me. And I'd much rather shop somewhere that had a bit of grace with their customers.

The product is fine
The product is fine, but I am disgusted that the company refused to deliver to my address. I had to get it delivered to my son's house near Edinburgh ( approx 100 miles south of where I am) they used Evri for the delivery - Evri also deliver in my home area (EVERY DAY) but this company claimed they did not have any delivery service in my area !

Received the battery promptly. The screw drivers included were helpful. It is a very good battery: the original was 3980 mAh, the purchased battery is 3880 mAh, which is practically the same. Never used this company before, and will definitely return here if I need other batteries.

Poor quality battery
The first laptop battery supplied was DOA. This was promptly and efficiently replaced, but the replacement battery's capacity reduced from 100% to 80% over the first week of use, and stayed at 80%. The laptop and power supply are not at fault. I'm disappointed with the quality of the batteries you supply.
