Lendward provided me a dealership with no pressure salesmen who were curtious, thoughtful, and helped me make the smartest decision. I originally went to CDJR Folsom for a trade in and with the salesmen fighting tooth and nail to get me a deal we decided to go the smart route without a trade in to get me into a brand new, more reliable vehicle. I don’t have the best experience with approval rates but they truly did the best! They worked out everything to get me approved and in a vehicle. Even got a low down payment.

Not a happy client
I submitted an application and waited to hear from someone. After a couple of weeks, I had to call to find out what was happening with the application. I was told it was sent to another company. I never received any communication from anyone regarding the status of the application. Very dissatisfied with the whole process. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Schedule appointment with Castlerock…
Schedule appointment with Castlerock Dodge and Ram through Victor. Spent the whole day at the dealership end up leaving with no resolution. The dealership ghosted me never return my call or anything that’s been two weeks. Victor sent out an email asking for a follow up on if they had gotten me into a car I emailed him back and that was a week ago and I haven’t heard anything from him. If they weren’t able to help me, that’s fine but it’s very unprofessional to keep someone hanging for two weeks with no response, resolution, or any kind of communication. Think twice before going through this company or Castlerock Dodge, Jeep, and RAM in Colorado
