Hi. I’ve been borrowing for a long time now. I’ve paid my loans on time. The last time I paid for my loan I even paid it early. But afterwards Lendup denied me. And now they don’t even let me apply again until June 30th. It’s very frustrating! Wrong for many reasons!

I been a Lendup customer for a long time. I have applied for loans and paid on time never had a problem. I’m a platinum tier. The last two months I tried to apply for my loan and Lendup has denied it with no reason. Dashboard keeps saying to try next month. I called and it say my loan is in process to sign in and finish my loan

I have been an EXCELLENT customer for many years, having reached "platinum" status which gets you really nothing, a lower prime loan that all of a sudden, they are canceling in states where offered. They send you an email on the same day they are changing their terms. I am paying off my current loan and will NEVER use them again. They will lose hundreds of dollars in lost interest revenue. I assume they are worried many people will default by being out of work, so they are also cutting their lending max by half. I took prime loan as they report to credit. Bad financial decision to drive off your best, never late, always repay customers. Good luck on the next batch of customers who max out the $400 and then default.
