I co sigend for a close friend. I went on a 5 month vaction. When i got back i was getting calls about gap insurance wich i have never even heard of. Now there are threating to sue me. Even thow i never sigend for any of it. So they can frad me and it is legal. Frad legal frad they must be involved with the goverment is the only way a company can get away this frad. Run away from this company… I made a payment the rep said my account was up to date no later than a week they sent me an email saying I was late and didn’t make my payment. I sent them the screen shot and then never replied back, a week after that another email saying I was now 2 weeks late. When I called I was transferred 5 times no one could figure out why I’m getting these emails. Then the only smart person realized the rep never put the payment to the account or just sat in the queue. And they wanted me to send another payment because they didn’t know where the first payment went.

These guys are scams hidden fees. 20$ a day charge for each day the loan exists go and see for your self ask for your breakdown and see only like estimate 10% of what you pay goes towards your loan.

This company is the worst to deal with. They are relentless. Calling, texting and emailing me several times a day for a late payment while I am try to this whole mess sorted out. They would take a week to respond to an email. I have never been treated this poorly by any company. Whatever you do, DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM LENCARE!!!! They are savages and blood sucking leeches. There was so much more tot the story. I never did get a call back form the supervisor.

My experience with LendCare has been extremely disappointing and concerning.
When I agreed to finance a vehicle, the terms that were presented to me during the process were not the same as the terms that were ultimately applied to my loan. The interest rate ended up being significantly higher than what I was initially led to understand.
After the financing was finalized, I also discovered additional penalties and charges that had never been clearly explained beforehand. What makes this even more troubling is that there was no proper notification about these charges — no email, no SMS, and no transparent communication from the company.
As a customer, this creates the impression that important information is not clearly disclosed and that borrowers only discover the real conditions of the loan after the agreement is already in place.
Financial institutions that provide consumer loans should operate with full transparency, especially when dealing with significant financial obligations such as car financing. In my case, the entire process felt misleading, poorly explained, and lacking basic transparency.
Because of this experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering financing through LendCare carefully review every document and verify all terms independently before signing anything.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
I have already filed a complaint with the appropriate financial regulators and consumer protection authorities so that this situation can be properly reviewed.
Transparency and clear communication with customers should be a basic standard in financial services, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
I am seriously concerned that the terms of the financing may not have been fully and transparently disclosed before the agreement was finalized, and I will be requesting a full review of this matter through the appropriate financial consumer protection authorities.

They put people into the hole big time I have not ever seen anyone so inconsiderate of customers in my life they don't listen take money when they feel like it and when you call all you get is excuse after excuse

I should have read the reviews before going with them. Avoid lendcare at all cost. They are the absolute worst. They took out money from my account and it has been hell getting that money back even when I don't owe them.

Paid 2 loans off in full, a week goes by and they take another $210 I fully expected they would charge me a per diem whilst the money cleared and refund me the overage, fair enough… then today I get a dozen calls from BC and texts saying I’m 5 days late on my loan payment. Which, mind you they had withdrawn as per usually on the last Friday… thinking it was a scam I tore him a new hole, he insisted I pay the money.. I told him they had been payed, he kept suggesting maybe I didn’t have the money he suggested I just pay and I suggested with what gift cards?. I then hung up on him he continually called. I called lendcare (Ontario) and asked about my balances owing she said zero. I told her that their collections guy was calling and texting me. She was cranky too, and she said he will continue to call until the money clears our system. So you pay with no problems and pay off early and you automatically get flagged and harassed by their collections department? The collections guy was a gem. I attempted to explain that I paid it and he argued with me I started to get pretty aggressive I won’t lie then he starts saying “did you go to school” “is this how you talk” just on repeat. Had a really good relationship with this company till I paid off. I did however text him after nearly 35 missed phone calls and apologized for being aggressive and told him that the lady at lendcare told me to ignore you till the ticket cleared in their system. What a system they have holy crap!
UPDATE: have been called multiple times from different people from their collections asking for payment I did in fact get refunded the overage about 2 weeks ago. But they still insist i make a payment. Today is march 11 the one loan immediately showed 0 balance on the app but the other loan in question still shows a balance, over due payment but always says next payment 0… unreal!
UPDATE march 16 sent me an email asking me if the overage they owed me was put into my account, I replied, yes the funds have been refunded to me, please update your app to say the balance owing is zero and close this account please.
March 17 receive an email imploring me to pay the $210 owed to preserve my credit, and offered me the ability to pay with Interac. Talk about left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing!

So sad a Financial company that encourages scamming companies. Horrible experience. Everything about them in their reviews is one hundred percent correct.
1. A company in Calgary, Alberta scammed me using Leaffilter Protection Gutter advertisement scammed me by installing regular gutters on my house without the Leaffilter.
2. I immediately contacted the company and they told me l initiated a box that I do not need the Leaffilter. Unreal.
3. I contacted Lendcare and never responded back to me after they responded to my email that a rep will attend to me in two business days.
4. I refinanced my home and my Bank paid them off. They were still redrawing payments from my account. I contacted them and they didn't know my Bank has paid out the full loan amount.
5. I got an email after two weeks that I still own them money and in the email my interest rate has jumped up from 29.9% to 35.4%.
6. When I replied to the email, it was a scammed email. I contacted Lendcare again and someone was going to help me in two business days and nothing happened.
7. This Fraudulent company found a dubious way and stole money from my account after a stop payment was put in place by lowering the original payment amount. Thieves.
8. Did not stop there but created a fake new contract and posted it on my credit score with Equifax.
8. Please a big warning to everyone, if any company that say we finance connect you with Lendcare, please do not proceed. Find a better company because Lendcare teams up with scamming companies using AI to defraud innocent people. Thank you for reading.

Had the worst experience ever with this compagny. I had no credit and it was my first loan, so I had to have a lot more interest on my loan, wich obviously make sens. They forgot to take 3 payments from my account and then received an eviction notice because they didn't add the last number of my bank account. They also tried to blame my bank but they were in the wrong all of the time Everytime I tried to called them it took over an hour for them to answer me wich is crazy.

My mother has officially received her eviction notice! 17 days to find another place to live because they LENDCARE over took from her account. $348.86 per month they got their payment and then took 3 more payments from her now causing her to be evicted!.

Predatory shark loaner. Vague clauses in their finance contracts that are meant to destroy you financially. I was on the way to sign a contract with them today, but after carefully reading it and being shocked by their lack of decency, I ripped the contract in half and left. Even the dealership sales were sneaky and did not draw my attention to how ugly the contract terms were. Disgusting.

I was misled regarding GAP Insurance.
I was promised it could be cancelled at any time — but later I was told it “cannot” be cancelled, and suddenly I “owe” $1,800.
• They will not say which insurance company provides the GAP coverage
• They do not explain what the charges are for
• Support staff are rude
• They hang up during calls
• They call at 6:30 AM
• Managers say they will “help,” but nothing happens
• There is no physical office you can visit
I actually flew to Toronto to speak with them in person — there was no one to talk to.
If you are thinking about financing through LendCare — think ten times before doing so.
If anyone knows the proper legal way to resolve issues with them, please contact me.
