Recently travelled to Vietnam and Thailand. SIM needed to be reset but support responded within a few hours and the no issues for the rest of the trip

Bought a 7 Day SIM card for New Zealand. Card did not work even though we had all the settings correct from instructions attached. Emailed Lemon Mobile for help and they only responded very late at night, so you could not resolve anything quickly. After 4 days of back and forth they finally got it to work. But I only had 2 days left before I leave New Zealand in the morning.
They did offer me a 50% refund that I had to chase up to get.
If you were depending on your phone to guide you around this would have completely messed up your plans.
My advice is this company is not worth the stress. Will get SIM from Airport from now on.

So easy to get it up and going on my phone and worked everywhere I went in Osaka and Tokyo. Speeds were great too. Highly recommended

the connection was either very slow or non existent, it was very frustrating as I really needed it to guide me to places when I was overseas.

I ordered a Esim and a physical sim for my trip in 3 weeks. Thinking it would be nice to support a local company in Mebourne. The Esim was emailed to me however there was no communication on when the physical sim was sent. I emailed multiple times and got no response. Have not received a refund for it. I've had to purchase another sim elsewhere the week of the trip.

Lemon mobile never responded to my emails or messages. Think twice about purchasing a esim as you never get reception.For a Melbourne based company there customer service is disgusting.Save your money and dont give lemon mobile a consideration. THE WORST

I bought a SIM card with a promised 3-8 day delivery. However, after 6 days, I still haven't received any tracking ID, despite numerous attempts to contact the company. I need the SIM for my trip next week, but I don't know how to get in touch with them.
