They are immediately responsive to customer needs or questions with several points of contact (project manager, producer, business dev, customer service mgr). They delivered excellent results on our project for animated videos. Their online portal is very user friendly and facilitates interactions, scheduling, posting of deliverables, customer feedback on interim versions, etc. Highly recommended and would use them again.
